Which is completely relevant. As you know Canada doesn't elect like the US does. The major cities in Canada swing elections nationally. Hence the shift liberal lately. Outside of those cities canada is very much a conservative place. That's why Ford has managed to win the biggest province 3 times during a long term liberal federal government. My province just re elected Ford but what no one is mentioning is the liberals gained back official party status. They got a 30 percent jump in votes. Even though the liberal party leader lost her own riding.
