  1. Farmer's Union...Greek Style is just ok, but doesn't taste nor feel like Greek Yoghurt to me. I prefer http://www.delcasaro.com.a28.readyplanet.net/images/editor/GreekYogurt_.jpg if I'm going to slum it with a copy.
  2. No. Edam cheese in the U.K. £3 for 300 grams at Sainsburys. That's nowhere near 1 baht per gram.
  3. I already posted the link to the Bordeaux Blend, showing that it cost US$10/10€. Scroll back to find it. Centrepoint Silom 1 bed varies from 90 sq.m. to 100 sq.m. with a wraparound balcony overlooking the Chao Phraya. 2 bedroom, 188 sq.m. I like it spacious. Not about being in the middle of Silom, but the transport links and convenience. You have direct access to Robinsons and TOPS supermarket. Almost direct access to the BTS and River Taxis. Chatrium is relatively out of the way, with smaller accommodation and less convenient, to me. Doesn't mean it's bad, only my reasons for rejecting it.
  4. Not sure why anyone gave a thumbs up to the previous suggestion. Any iPhone from 10 onwards, supports eSIM. So likely they already have a dual SIM phone. Plus any iPhone from 13 onwards supports two active SIM at the same time. So keep the iPhone and look into eSIM.
  5. Ruled out Chatrium Riverside due to no public transport links and relatively small rooms with sharp edged design everywhere, in comparison to my go-to place in that area: https://www.centrepoint.com/silom/accommodation
  6. Don't follow me around, you FREAK.
  7. https://www.vivino.com/miqueu-haut-medoc/w/1215596 https://web.archive.org/web/20240716022155/https://www.carrefour.fr/p/vin-rouge-bordeaux-haut-medoc-chateau-miqueu-3303293105283 https://vinobucks.de/shop/en/red-wines/france/chateau-miqueu-cru-bourgeois-haut-medoc-aoc-2019.html It's a US$10 bottle. Not sure why someone is getting triggered when I actually supported them in their assertion that they weren't 'showing off'. Perhaps I was wrong and they really were trying to show off with a US$10 Bordeaux Blend.
  8. 2019 Chateau Miqueu Haut-Medoc? 😊 It's a US$10 bottle of wine. No showing off there.
  9. It's minced/ground beef, it doesn't need to be Wagyu. Beef currently 215 baht per kg. That's five 200 gram burgers. 44 baht each. What other ingredients make up a 400 baht cost?
  10. Nonsense. Xiaomi Home IQQ New Model X3 does not exist. There is no connection with Xiaomi at all. Hard to believe someone would actually believe it's a Xiaomi product, whilst not being able to locate it on any Xiaomi website. It's a 'no name' product. Cannot even be a fake, since Xiaomi haven't created one in the first place. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006119148629.html No mention of Xiaomi anywhere. IQQ..yes. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005008843103321.html
  11. Something that might bring you some success, is to go armed with details of a package costing 300 baht and asking them how much that will cost you in total. If the price is 350 baht, then go ahead. If not, move on. Examples AIS: *777*9272# TRUE/DTAC: *900*7597# All much the same package. 20 GB max speed then 60GB 15Mbps then Unlimited 1Mbps Unlimited calls of up to 15 minutes per call AIS offer a bonus of another 20 GB of max speed data. TRUE, unlimited WiFi Hotspot usage. Take that along with you on a piece of paper and ask how much to apply it. You are more likely to succeed with this, as you'll be within their minimum spend threshold.
  12. Shows as available for me: Payment details Bangkok · Don Mueang Airport (DMK) - True Shop · 10 days · 50 GB · Data and calls included SIM Card฿ 238 x1
  13. Another option would be to pick up a discounted Tourist SIM at DMK, rather than turning up in the hope of getting a 50 baht SIM. https://www.klook.com/activity/74427-truemoveh-thailand-tourist-sim-card/ 238 baht for 50GB over ten days, as opposed to the normal 349 baht. In addition, you get a month of free travel insurance: https://www.true.th/international/roaming/tourist-sim/dtac-free-travel-insurance-term if you register the policy within 24 hours of activating the SIM: https://www.true.th/international/roaming/tourist-sim/true-free-travel-insurance and varied 'privileges': https://www.truemoveh-thailandsim.com/privileges DTAC similarly: https://www.klook.com/activity/16587-dtac-4g-sim-thailand DMK seems to be more expensive than BKK.
  14. My guess is that one tried to register with a Thai number, instead of a European, U.S.A or U.K number. Register on a PC using a U.S. number. Once registered, you can use the Smartphone application to call from anywhere to anywhere. Communicating clearly will assist us in actually helping you, rather than just having to read about continued failures without any understanding of the why.
  15. That doesn't explain why I was able to install Localphone in Thailand, ready to make a call within minutes. Blocking only confirms impatience and intolerance. That alone will frustrate your efforts. If you can explain exactly the steps that you took, it would be easier to troubleshoot. But if you decide to act with petulance...
  16. Don't forget a clean install is usually required when moving to Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC is incorrect. You can upgrade from your normal Home or Pro edition, whilst keeping your files and applications.
  17. ESU for individual consumers has not yet been released. Take it easy. AMD A6-9225 is a relatively poor CPU, but that doesn't preclude one from installing Windows 11. Just get rid of the HDD if one is installed, replacing it with an SSD. Cost around US$15 to US$20. Then you can use RUFUS or FlyBy11 to install Windows 11. That will keep you going until October 2026; possibly longer. If you don't want to do that, then scrap it.
  18. Why do some people have drama with everything where some people have none? Get your brother to sign up on a PC with Localphone using an/his U.S. number. Calls and SMS can appear to come from that number, if you are calling banks in the U.S.A I installed the Localphone application whilst in Thailand. Why is it that you are having problems? Android or iOS?
  19. If the Super Social SIM is not available, buy any AIS SIM and within 30 days apply *777*498# That will convert the Base Plan to the Super Social SIM. Surprising they don't tell you that at the shop. You have to top up 150 baht to get the unlimited 4Mbps data for chat applications. Do that after the conversion.
  20. There is one at Suvarnabhuni. Good luck with getting them to issue a 50 baht SIM without browbeating you into obtaining a 30 day package costing another 375 baht attached to it. Unlimited 10Mbps, I guess. Airport outlets need to make money in order to cover high rents. Let us know how it goes.
  21. It won't be available at 7-11, as they distribute TRUE exclusively.... and it's not a package anyway. It's a base plan. You would need to add a package. Order via Lazada to be delivered to your hotel/apartment/house prior to your arrival.
  22. https://www.alottechs.com AIS Marathon can be added to the list. These two are with unlimited data: https://www.alottechs.com/product/simtep-6mbps https://www.alottechs.com/product/simthor
  23. Wire is an American thing. European banks use SWIFT/IBAN etc Looks as if he's choosing the wrong option.
  24. 25. It seems that he found the video and the content interesting and re-posted it. I don't think he specifically selected any particular uploader of the video. Personally, I would have thought the rat was an identifying emoji belonging to the uploader. Like a watermark. But the assumption is that he knew about it. So good has come out of it. Now we know and now more people know about Zionism and Israel. Win-Win, wouldn't you say? No need for all this hysteria and attempts at mind control.
