Affordable legal support for UK expats through Legal Lifeline
I agree that technology makes immediate contact very easy. The huge difference between us and English based firms is in the cost of the service provided. For example a typical hourly charge for a divorce using a solicitor in a provincial city, as opposed to an expensive city like London or Manchester, is typically between 275 and 500 per hour- plus of course an extra 20% for VAT We have found that our Thailand based clients like a face to face meeting and knowing that our charge rate is a fraction of the equivalent cost in the UK
