I can tell you what works for me. I didn't care for the side effects of the meds that a doctor prescribed for me, so I went more 'natural.' I found the following combination to be very effective for 'me;' Saw Palmetto extract once a day - no side effects - Lazada Pumpkinseed oil once a day - no side effects - Lazada 1/2 tab of generic Sildenafil. Every other day - Drug store - Pleasant, beneficial side effects... 🙂 (Do NOT use if you have heart problems or high blood pressure.) That said, each item by itself did NOT work for 'me' for this problem. I tried using each by itself on recommendation from various sources, but only the combination of the three reduced the problem. I've been using these for the past 5 years, and still only wake up once a night most nights. Occasionally twice. Very effective and inexpensive way to manage the situation.

You're quite right. MAGAs have raised avoiding answers to an art form. And when they get stuck, it's 'Obama' this or 'Biden' that. Never answering a question with a direct answer. We see this daily in the news, watching Repubs in Congress deflect, avoid, and refuse to answer direct questions. It's part of the program. If you don't answer, how can you be wrong? And yes, you're correct that this guy isn't worth trying to have an adult discussion with. I answered his questions when he asked. He would not give me a straight answer when I asked. I'll not be responding to his nonsense in this thread again. We have already been given a sample of his morality.

Perhaps it's different where you're from, but in the United States, everyone is guaranteed protection under the Constitution. As for the question of Jails or concentration camps, we never had them in America before, not even during the Japanese Internment. What do YOU call this cage if not a concentration camp? Might be fine for other countries. Not fine in America. Our laws do not even permit farm animals to be treated like this.

In the United States, even undocumented immigrants are protected by the Constitution. They have the right to Due Process under the Law. That is NOT being given to them. The U.S. Constitution, our single most important document meant to 'guarantee' our rights is being trampled by masked gunmen dragging people out of hospitals, schools, and homes without DUE PROCESS and caged under conditions that, in the U.S., are considered Animal Abuse.

Your imagination has gotten the better of you. I left the U.S. 34 years ago. I never had any thoughts of returning, both because of the growing racism and bigotry in the US, and the decline of personal freedoms. And of course, no one is going to give away free houses and cars... at least, not in the U.S. Why would you even respond to that?

If they offered me a free house, car, and a monthly stipend, I would NOT return to the U.S. First of all, it isn't the U.S. now. There is nothing 'united' about America today. Not the people, not the government, not the nation. It was a dangerous place to live before the current administration exposed and amplified those dangers. The current administration is making it so much worse. Good grief! They just started building and filling Concentration Camps in America!!!!! Why would any decent human being support that?!? Next, why the hell would anyone want to live in a place where you are REQUIRED to pay half the salary for someone to serve you in a restaurant, and you stand a good chance of getting shot if you are pulled over for a traffic offence. God forbid you are the 'wrong color,' and find yourself in a detention cell after walking in the wrong neighborhood! No... I will not return to the US.

You forgot the ones who judge and categorize the different kinds of posters. They seem to appear frequently, often as relatively new members who haven't a clue what's going on but feel compelled to comment. Most AN posters are older retirees. Lots of time on our hands to do whatever interests us in whichever venue suits our needs. For many, getting out and about is physically difficult, especially during the Rainy Season. Please tell us what is wrong with them spending more time socializing on line than sitting alone in their rooms.

LOL! I read 'fake' stories often! I enjoy them! The genre is called 'Fiction.' I also read non-fiction from time to time, but for a good laugh or a fine mystery, I prefer fiction, especially those with series by the same author. Stories don't have to be 'real' to enjoy them, which is perhaps why many libraries have entire rooms devoted to just fiction.

Yes, I do read your replies to people's posts. They are comical. Almost absurd. I just don't bother to read your original posts. Those aren't worth the time.
