Interesting.. I have a Thai lady friend in a similar situation. There is a will in Australia and she and her son are beneficiaries to 70% of total
Australian assets. The remaining 30% going to his equally aged sister. There are murmurings that she is considering challenging the will. Not likely to succeed as the will is valid and he was of sound mind when it was written 7 months ago.
The Thai marriage is official and on-going i.e. no divorce registered.

I did few days ago and i was branded a troll by some members, a coocoo, and so forth for not supporting the idea to legalize pot, my post was removed and i was banned from posting for using unkind language in return post, (which is fair by the rules of this forum) hence my earlier post of this subject being very touchy...
Selective memory.. you were called out after soliciting opinions about accepting weed as payment for a loan. So.. willing to sell it on, despite numerous previous anti-cannabis posts.
People can draw their own conclusions as to your moral flexibility.
You weren't "called" a troll, you were deemed a troll by posters and admins. Hence the posting ban.

You can report him to the authorities and he'll get fined. They are allowed to smoke as far as it doesn't cause a nuisance to others in the surrounding area, which they clearly are based on your post.
nope.. only applies to public consumption.

Bit of a strange response. I am merely sharing my experience. Nothing in my post could result in this being a logical response.
You are in the wrong forum to get support for your contention that the country is going down the drain due to unrestrained stoners..

If by the forcing governments did you mean the Russians? Wondering whether they are not using the method advised once by one Nobel Peace Prize laureate by arm twisting?
However, I cannot imagine that they (the Russians) would twist arms of somebody in Israel govt, since they too did not joint the sanctions. And that despite the Jewish origin of Zelensky.
Half of Israel is of Russian origin, including many who are only 1/8th Jewish.
Only 1 grandparent of Jewish descent is required for Israeli citizenship under the Law of Return. There are currently efforts underway in Israel to tighten this Law.

Never finish a whole doobie (1 gram wt doobies), and half was enough. Since a 1 gr doobie, I'd suspect a bit of that is wasted, up in smoke instead of ingested, as I usually smoke alone.
Buds don't look as pretty as those ฿6-7-800 ฿ buds, but that purple sure does look good in my wallet.
Plenty of good bud available for much less than 800 Baht. This is what happened to the cheapest bud thread.. people claiming to be satisfied with ditch weed.
Not for me, after living here for21 years now.. smoking that <deleted>. Beggars could not be choosers then but it's a different ball game now..

I think you had better review your business plan. It's obvious that you have not been paying attention to the situation on the ground...
Vapes, distillates, and edibles are off the table for business purposes at the present time.
As for quality suppliers, you are going to have to do the same thing the rest of us have been doing for the last six months. Buy what looks good to you. Sample. Repeat.

Obviously the "laws" in Thailand can change in an instant and it's completely up to the authorities how they wish to enforce them. Even this completely one-sided article from a pro-drug website admits that bringing weed in luggage is causing delays in security lines due to lack of testing equipment. It's not a stretch to see this, as well as the attendant unpleasant smell, as sufficient grounds for "causing a nuisance" and incurring a significant fine for druggies, even incarceration if the laws are suddenly changed overnight. Or worse, corrupt airport security demanding for massive bribes so you aren't cited or jailed.
That is the reality. Of course, if you want to listen to the advice of a bunch of potheads on the internet and risk your freedoms carrying narcotics on a commercial flight, it's up to you. Incredibly stupid risk IMO when the drug product is available at pretty much any destination in the country. Seems like the druggies can't wait even a few hours to ingest this supposedly non-addictive drug.
Blah blah..
You don't get to create your own wished-for reality.
Druggies? Alkies?
Sticks and stones bro..

3 out of the last 4 rides were pickup trucks.. even 1 with those funny half doors..
Too hard to get in and out of compared to a car.
And no way to reject the ride when you see it's a pickup truck..
Cheap enough though.

Whether I support Dems or GOP is irrelevant as I can't vote for either. However, it seems that the Dems do more things I disagree with on principle than the GOP do.
Eg, I'm sure the GOP wouldn't have cancelled the Keystone pipeline when half done, and are not, far as I know, all in on the climate thing.
I don't like that they support Wall St, but the Dems love Wall St too.
Like I said, I don't see much difference between them.
BTW if a few people armed with sticks threaten the fundamental tenants of democracy, that democracy is too fragile to last anyway.
I actually watched the invasion live on tv, and I saw hundreds wandering around congress building like tourists, and if they were "looking to overthrow the government" I'm a Martian. IMO they were a mob angry with the government in Washington, but that was a far as it went for most. If they'd been a BLM mob they would probably have burned the place down.
Jeesus H TBL.. I see you have pretty much monopolized the conversation..
Only in your last couple of posts do acknowledge that you don't have a dog in the fight.. that you are a Kiwi I believe.
And you are trading dangerous ground with your remark about the BLM movement.
How are things with your Maori citizens? The ones your people marginalized through force of arms..

rock on Stoner..
It didn't take long before I formed a negative opinion of this "oldscool" fellow.. When he refused point blank to back up any of his post on the glories of local Thai Sativa with any photos..
Then after a few weeks of posting, a new signature appeared attached to his posts.. a request to refrain from sending him DM's asking for referrals. So his reticence to provide any supporting photos/suppliers is not related to any public exposure but to his personal style.
Oldscool wants to claim the OG high ground ( I could not resist) while he scools the "youngsters".. I was here in Thailand smoking weed in 1971. I had already been smoking weed for 4 years by then so that makes me OG as well I guess. 55 years of experience, since I smoked weed almost every day from my first exposure to the present.
Now he has become an almost ubiquitous presence here, dispensing his his unsubstantiated opinions.

Beside violating several EU laws, directives and contracts, it violates the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs Act from over 60 years ago.
That Act did not seem to have been a problem for Canada*.. which although not a member of the EU, is/was a signatory of that Act.
I would think that many of these international agreements allow for sovereign decisions.
* Or any other nation which has signed that agreement many years in the past but has subsequently made various amendments to their Cannabis laws..

The only schlep left is to the lift, easy down/up, then a few meters to the door and back.

Still, tourists are still in short supply, and having them picked off in crosswalks is not a good look..

Interesting that you joined last December.. about the same time Thailand was already receiving massive numbers of fleeing Russians.. Thailand being one of the few countries worth visiting that hasn't severely restricted Russian "tourists"..
Some are trying to escape an early and violent death in Ukraine, while most are enjoying a nice winter break. These are the ones that I give the "evil eye"..
