The Producer probably knows nothing about firearms either, that's why they pay an expert.

There should never have been any live ammo anywhere near these highly paid actors.😬

We don't even know if any actor was going to fire live ammo, perhaps the gun experts/stand ins were going to do that..🤗

I must add, I trained in the UK, PP1 (Police Pistol 1), you learn the correct procedures and handling of a weapon, even removing a gun from its case has a procedure.

When I watch YouTube vids on guns, USA, I can't believe what they do with them when loaded..................😱........ Completely gives the wrong message to a beginner........😬

The Producer. In charge of the entire operation.

Why not wait for the trial to see what the evidence is and what the prosecution's  grounds for believing the producer liable are?

People supporting murder of innocent people in Gaza are a disgrace and should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. Shame on you !

People who dismiss the murder of many civilian nationalities on 7/10 by Hamas that started the conflict should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves, so shame on you, terrorist supporters..........😬

One would expect heavier, better performance vehicles to go through tires a bit faster.  A bit of common sense.   But for a tire to need replacement at 10k kms.   Not buying it ... or certainly wouldn't.   If true, not surprised it's on a VW, as one of the least trustworthy manufactures out there.

What a stupid comment, VW is up there in the brand charts, just shows your ignorance in motoring subjects..................😂

Where is your MG in the brand and reliability charts........?...........🤭

Anyway thanks for sharing something informative. Wondering though why they say CVTs can be found in SUVs and show a picture of an EX30 which obviously doesn't have one. And then they say they are found in Subaru WRX's. Anyone who buys a WRX and specs a CVT deserves to be shot.  As a previous WRX owner that thought is horrifying. Manual or nothing.

I have a Honda HR-V with a CVT and I hate it. The technology is good, but the experience is awful.  Soulless. Droning. Boring.

Yeh, but, you are old school and need a stick and a clutch pedal to keep you entertained.......:intheclub:................🤭

Peeked at the link, and hard to believe at all.  So at 10k kms mark, check up?  and told to replace tires.

His new car a 80 yrs old, and will now think hard before buying another EV in the future.

Too funny and people believe this crap. :cheesy:

Mine have 27k kms on them, rotated twice already, I think, or at least once, and don't expected to change for quite some time.   No sooner than 50k kms, that's for sure.

If he stays posting his crap on ICE vs EV thread, I might give him another reprieve from ignore list.

Did you read the SAME chap saying he usually gets , was it, 35,000 miles out of a set of tyres.

Obviously not, you concentrate on his age.......But expected...🤔

  7. Read this article today about an EV owner not being a happy bunny because his tyres wore out in just 7,500 miles on his brand new 35,000 quid hot-hatch VW.......😱

I would probably be p_ssed off too, but should he complain when he is saving so much on fuel....?

Has any EV owner here suffered the same short life tyres.....?  🤔

correct. however you insinuated that there was an accurate road side test. the roadside breath test can only indicate it is in the system.

so my same scenario applies. if i tested positive at a roadside test then went to the police station i would test negative.

No, I never said anything of the sort..........😷

yes they have a test but it only shows that the drug is in the persons system. not the intoxication level.

cannabis can stay in a persons body for up to and exceeding 30 days. so with that test in the UK i could have smoked a joint 2 weeks ago and test positive for cannabis on the roadside.

when clearly i would not be intoxicated.

With puff in the UK, after a positive roadside test a blood test is done at the police station, if over the prescribed limit, you get done the same as drink-driving..

Thats your problem, enjoy your butt-hurt as the most embarrassing President eviscerates the mentally challenged bufoon Biden in Pennsylvania avenue in polls. Why is the most embarrassing POTUS polling so well compared to the mentally challenged moron in the WH??. Do you think Biden is embarrassing when he checked his watch during the dignified transfer? You got NOTHING, especially common sense.

Go stuff yourself with big macs and get tested, cognitively that is.

But, all that is probably the talk of a brainwashed McTrump supporter, do you wear a red ball cap too, are you impressed with his store changing room exploits, you must have a reason...😉

Continually slagging off Biden because of his ageing probs, doesn't really cut it, what's going on in his thoughts does.

But then again, someone who thinks knowing the McDonald's menu off by heart is incredibly important, may not understand that.......:coffee1:

Anyone who carries a gun should be proficient in Gun safety. Checking for dummy rounds would add a layer of safety checks. Much like during real small arms training when I'm handed a gun from Armory I make sure it's clear and safe in front of trainer. Just because the trainer made the gun clear and safe before he stored the weapon in a secured armory, I do it again when I take possession.

Checking for dummy rounds would add another layer of safety checks. No reason the actor couldn't be part of the checking process. And, to add to the confusion I've read that others possibly had possession of the gun before Baldwin held it.

Gawd, that is what the safety lady is paid for, the lady messed up..........🙄

I could make you up a dummy round that looks exactly like a live one, you only know it is live using it in a gun ...

His last one worked out fine.

Russia behaved.  Hamas behaved.  The border was pretty much sealed by his last year.

But TDS won't let its sufferers to get past those mean tweets.  As if they were worse than the specter of WW3.

Yeh, McTrump just waived his magic wand, and hey-presto.....🙄..........:coffee1:
