But the rides from Japan, Korea back then were rather boring and old-fashioned, for a better word, but, they were reliable, I serviced many. That reliability has moved on, now Toyota engineering must be the most reliable on the planet, but you do pay a premium for it, for a car aimed at the masses, plus they don't go so much for adding cheap electronic gizmo's for the "oh wow" customers. ........????

The ZS 1.5 is a slug, the Chery 1.5 is more like it, has a turbo...Whoooosh..????

China makes everything for everyone, but, they're maybe making or assembling others designed stuff, big difference...... Isn't Apple stuff assembled in China...

Drive an MG ZS, then get in the equivalent ride by Mercedes or BMW, the experience will be chalk and cheese....... All down to better engineering, but you pay for it.........????

Engineering in top brands does not get crappy, it evolves, but you do pay for that better engineering...........????

Was at my chums house last night, he has a 5 year old MG ZS. I remember pulling his leg when he bought it, I told him that MG has sod all to do with home, it's Chinese, he said, I know, but it's cheap for what you get. ???? Anyhooo, last night he said he was selling it....... Oh, are you going to buy another MG....? No...(Think he is fed up with rearranging his Mr.DIY car cushion). Go electric...? No, in Thailand, you're joking.......... I am thinking about a PHEV.... Good idea......... I forgot to ask about brand.......????

Today's MG cars are Chinese, nothing to do with the British MG cars, reliability, build and technology of yesteryear....???? You are an American making excuses because you bought a Chinese car with a dodgy name... Now you tell me, why they didn't use a Chinese name, after all, you are the no.1 performance since 1924 British MG basher, and why didn't you buy a Chery, which far outperforms your gas ZS.....
