    Thailand is on a very low income, and you want to tax them more over what you think is not good. Your country is relevant, regarding your taxation ploy, does your country, who are better off, tax their kids stuff...?

    Is that happening in your home country.......?

    Tiles bedded with cement mix, paints of any sort don't last. My drive and walkways are all tiled with basic non-slip tiles on cement, still OK after 16 years, but the key is the drive base thickness, so there is no cracking with heavy rides.

    It's called, freedom.......... Now, I would guess the mass introduction of the smartphone is a major contributor to obesity in LOS, kids not playing outside, no swinging in trees, just sitting conversing with a phone, munching chips and swigging Fanta, all paid for by mum & dad...........

    Just my thought, I suspect that many of these not wanted "Retirees" use agents, or are married to a Thai, so it doesn't matter what immigration head honcho's do regarding raising financial stuff if the agent thing is still active. I know of a old single biker that lives way up north, but his visa comes from way down south..............
