Indeed it was, but it was in a controlled environment and very scary at the end of the strip. Street was 22/4 psi rear, strip was 10 psi rear......???? My point was, as yet, I have never seen a handbook state different brands of the same size tyres need different pressures. My ol' Vigo came from factory with either Michelin or Bridgestone, same psi.

But skimping on the most important part of an engine, the oil, could cost you more than your whole food cart. ???? Am I correct in saying your engine requires synthetic oil, if that is the case, then that superior oil type is critical for that engine to survive. As I pointed out, B-Quik are doing some good deals on oil and filters, they do they job too, all in the price...????

Manufacturers post the recommended tyre pressures on the door jamb for you to follow for your safety. Manufacturers at times use different brand tyres on the same ride, the pressures stay the same. If there was a safety risk regarding psi and different brands, it would be put in black and white for your safety.

In my area the delivery folk take a photo of the delivery..

I would search the Net for adjustable rear shox on the Net for your ride first. Then just set to soft... B-Quik sell nice shiny gas shox, avoid, unless they have stock replacements, which may not help you....

Well at least you now know the Fortuner and MU-X have coil springs all round, and the MU7 really is a pickup in disguise, including the pickup chassis dimensions and spring type......... ????

Only the Isuzu MU7 has leaf springs, they improved things a little on the MU-X, including springs all round.

When I look for stuff, I try and avoid anything marked from overseas if I need it quick. I never buy computor bits from overseas, just in case it doesn't work.

The only SUV that I know of that had leaf springs was the Isuzu MU7, that really was a pickup with a box on it.....????

I put after market shox on my Vigo that were supposed to be the nuts at a well known outfit. The shox took over from the springs, rigid, after one week I went back and complained, they took them off and put stock replacements on and gave me credit for the price difference. The suspension was back to like new. Wasn't that nice of them....????
