    It was addressed by a PM soundbite; more years of inaction to follow. The lack of any police activity also helps. Like speeding, this crime should be one of the easiest to eradicate without CCTV: a plume of smoke, visible for miles, should bring Plod to the spot within minutes. It NEVER does.

    Then you can't live in Pattaya; you will not see a single cop after 3pm or before 10am on any weekday: not all at weekends which last from Friday morning till late Monday; or on numerous public holidays. You might catch a glimpse of some on Walking Street outside of these times IF there are cameras about.

    Support this wholeheartedly. A plentiful supply of lion fodder in my area. It should keep the disease-spreading, defecation/urination down amongst the prissy mask-wearing Thai 'owners'.

    Betting on snooker games is big business. Look at the Chinese stars who have been banned from prestigious tournaments round the world. The law of probability suggests Thailand Snooker will be riddled with it: EVERY other walk of life is!

    The key word is 'EXPLORE'. They've been exploring this for nearly 20years. Maybe if the army did the job police should be doing, some improvement may take place.
