  1. The law is the law. i think that over staying more than 6 weeks is just ingorant and most otger countries would not have it. a few days can be pu t down to bad luck or a small mistake but 6 weeks it just taking the chocholate digestive. they deserve prison. they need to be reminded that there are laws here and to bring some of their brains with them when they come to Thailand

agree bigc, this aint REd Tape Europe where you can get away with it !, or even better, a nice big house and $1000 dollars a week untill they find out who you are, if you are over, its deportation or the detention centre in BKK, which isnt nice !!!!

still cant understand WHY people can become an overstay? , either pure laziness or just plan dumb !,

NOTE - 1, 2 or 3 days ok , or if you have a medical issue, but 2 weeks and over !

  3. Imogen Thomas looked right at home as she flaunted her body during a romantic break in Thailand.
The former Miss Wales star slipped into a couple of bikinis that showed off her curves as she strolled along the beach with boyfriend Adam Horsley.
Imogen, 29, looked great in a lime green two-piece that struggled to keep her ample chest securely in place.

Making waves: Imogen Thomas and Adam Horsley have been holidaying in Thailand, this week
The ex Big Brother housemate has revealed how she has finally met a man who she feels she can trust.

  4. was in a bar in central bangrak tonight, 3am,,, there was a bunch of guys from France who were enjoying their night out and performing like a bunch of school boys,,, pretending to be faggots and dancing about on tables in jockey shorts,,, thought it was funny first,,, till I realised that the 7 geezers WERE a bunch of faggots and seriously thought pouring beer on themselves topless and in briefs whilst gyrating to " I'm sexy and I know it " time for a sharp exit,,, along with the dissapointed Bar Girls who got no attention and realised there was no money on this crowd...

actually,,, it WAS pretty funny,,, but I aint no puff mind.

    ps,,, am I homophobic ?

i am sure Jingthing will start a poll just to check ....

but what where 7 French Gays doing in Bangrak? , would have thought it wasnt there scene ...

  5. Photos

looks like a staff bull terrior, and a very expensive dog !, i would quickly put posters up ASAP and offer a very generous reward.. as that dog is not your simple Soi Dog, and somebody might of taken to sell on

    Good luck

  6. Bangkok Airways aint no budget airline if you ask me !

on there other routes, they are classed as ' budget ' as they are all similar prices, only samui route is the complete opposite...

not to sure if the Dr has enough connections to stay at swampy, would really mess up the tourism here if they cant get the connection right between Swampy and DM

  7. i always take through 800 in a clear duty free bag, never been stopped ( touch wood ) , and i have seen customs officers looking ... but i suppose they are after the bigger fish, and if you are openly showing them , they cant be bothered as they know you probably dont have any more and for personal use

  8. "...anyway, as a forigner, you must report anything lost or stolen to the Tourist Police , they are located in Samui Town Centre.

I don't know about "must," as they are not actual law enforcement, and for insurance purposes, you need to report to the local law enforcement agency.

If you think this has anything to do with ever recovering your phone, you are wrong, you know that.

I too would be interested in how your phone was stolen at such an hour when it must have been all but deserted.

the only reason i say ' must ' is the normal BIB will always say to go there, plus for insurance purposes, the tourist police write the report in thai and english ..

but as you mentioned above, i would also like to know how the phone was ' stolen ' , as the place is covered in CCTV, and i would think to be the last place to get a phone stolen !,

maybe the OP just lost it? ,

  9. why would you file a report in naton when they have moved the main police station to chaweng? ( the naton station has been demolished )

anyway, as a forigner, you must report anything lost or stolen to the Tourist Police , they are located in Samui Town Centre...

also , i would get your story straight, as why would you been in samui airport at 5.15 am ( just arrived back ) as the first flight doesnt arrive in Samui airport untill 7.05 am ! ( they are very heavy with people claiming insurance fraud ! )
