  1. I'm pretty sure the Chinese will have looked at US intervention overseas in recent decades and concluded that they have little to worry about. As soon as the going gets tough, or domestic political issues take precedence, or it is simply dragging on too long, the US will withdraw their troops. Having seen how Biden handled the withdrawal from Afghanistan, they'll be hoping he's still around when that takes place (however unlikely) so they can keep all the US military hardware and the technology that comes with it. China is in it for the long haul and has little to fear from temporary military commitments from the US.
  2. Yes, Twitter accounts that are sceptical of the conspiracy theories about man made climate change that Thunberg has been pivotal in pushing for the past few years. If you cannot see why she is relevant to the thread then I cannot help you.
  3. Ummm let's see. The topic is about the climate change. She is possibly the most famous environmental activist in the world. It's really not that difficult to see the link, even for pedants.
  4. Agreed. I could care less about these Americanisms, it's so annoying. The latest trend appears to be using the present tense when describing events that happened years ago. I noticed it first during the Amber Heard trial. It becomes very confusing. "I'm standing up, he's hitting me" etc. What on earth are you talking about, nobody is hitting you and you are sat down giving evidence. Stop annihilating the language. Anyway, banning English words from being used by Italians is just silly nationalism mixed with a dollop of Anglophobia. Cheap point scoring.
  5. I'm guessing anyone who questioned the whole "climate change" Doomsday conspiracy theory (complete with child deity Greta Thunberg) would have been banned from the platform prior to Musk buying Twitter. It's good that people are now being allowed to question the narrative. It is after all, mostly nonsense designed to control and extract taxes from the plebs while the elite continue to take their private jets between multiple huge waterside properties. Yet more benefits from Musk getting Twitter. I'm on there all the time. The lack of censorship compared to many online platforms is most refreshing.
  6. Indeed. Now we have revenge politics. Hatred of whites, the successful etc. Maybe time to break the cycle, no?
  7. He is correct. As long as people are deeply unhappy, disenfranchised, pitted against one another and forced to be "with us or against us" then terrible incidents will occur. Ban guns and people will use knives, vehicles, home made bombs, or simply buy guns illegally or 3d print them. 3d printing will become incredibly sophisticated in the next decade. The key is taking away the motivation for violence. Step number 1 would be to expose flawed political ideologies like critical race theory and identity politics. Step 2 would be to stop forcing radical ideology down people's throats. Telling people they are evil/stupid because of their political beliefs or the real/imagined crimes of previous generations who happened to be the same race as them is not a recipe for peace. Time to get back to MLK's teachings about character above all else. The modern left is deeply misguided in their pursuit of vengeance and only inflames incredibly raw emotions.
  8. So much anger and hate in the US population in the last few years. Very sad.
  9. Shocking news for fans of synched dance routines around the world.
  10. Good to see them apologize for their mistake. Hopefully other MSM outlets follow their example in future and own their errors. Well done Fox News.
  11. I guess that’s what happens when you are elected on the basis of not being your opponent. Fortunately he will be blissfully unaware of this and still thinks he is Irish and everyone loves him. A sad fall from grace for a once world leading country.
  12. Daniel Perry seems to be getting a lot of MSM attention right now. I guess he fits the narrative. Interesting how little media attention there has been on the guys who shot BLM antagonist/race baiter Sasha Johnson. I can’t imagine why…
  13. That depends on the stage of pregnancy. Besides, you might want to check the original post I quoted and take up the whole "this further persecutes the poor" narrative with them.
  14. Not only Asia. How about the Middle East? Perhaps Biden could learn a bit about US interference overseas and conclude that he should really pipe down and mind his own business. His inane comments are neither required nor useful.
  15. Well he's happy with the EU's policy yet still no trade deal with them either. Perhaps Joe is just bad at doing trade deals? I mean, it's not like he excels in other areas...
  16. Teach them how condoms work. Teach them that actions have consequences and you can't always rely on others to bail out your poor decisions. That way you don't need dangerous, expensive medical procedures to remove unwanted unborn children from the womb. Sounds like common sense to me. Prevention has to be better than "cure".
  17. Presumably you also object to the premier league pausing games for muslims during Ramadan? https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/65028657 Or do they need to leave it at the kick off whistle pal?
  18. Condoms are cheap. And personal responsibility is free. Maybe schools could teach that instead of critical race theory? Just a thought...
  19. Yes that 4% of gdp was nothing to do with Covid and the war in Ukraine lol. It was 100% Brexit. Laughable. Besides, Brexit was never about % points of gdp. Only bitter remainers focus on gdp above everything else. They'd probably vote for the UK to be a province of China for 10% increase in gdp. Some of us look beyond dollar signs, especially when they are associated with the corrupt federalist EU project. You cannot put a price on sovereignty and morality.
  20. Nonsense. Biden/Trump whoever. They need to stay out of UK politics. The US days acting as the world's policeman are long gone. They lost all moral authority a long time ago. They should fix their own substantial mess before commenting on other countries issues. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan. You'd think they'd have learnt by now. But no, Biden can't help himself especially when he is pretending to be Irish.
  21. These predictions are hilarious. I still have a good chuckle about the pre Brexit warnings of 10% gdp loss, the end of London as a financial centre etc. Good stuff. Anyone got any others? ????
  22. Nobody in the UK cares what Biden thinks. He needs to reel his neck in, he has enough problems at home. Stay in your lane Joe you seem to be nodding off again and straying into ours. I do wonder if he referred to our PM as Rashi Sanook again though...????
  23. Reminds me of Prayut and co. banishing the political opposition to Singapore on jumped up charges under the threat of jail time. It's really sad to see American politics stoop so low. Reminiscent of a third world country. How the mighty have fallen.
  24. In the West we extend our hand as a handshake. That's quite different to putting your hand next to a 12 year old girl's mouth and asking her to suck your fingers, immediately after kissing her. Seriously, stop enabling and justifying this disgusting behaviour. Have you even seen the video?
  25. Are you serious? Normalizing Paedophilia and passing it off as a cultural indiscretion is deeply disturbing. 94 year olds in Tibet do not ask young boys to kiss their tongue after kissing them. Why would you justify this ? Maori also stick their tongue out as part of a war dance. They don't ask young boys to kiss it. Enabling this behaviour is pretty shocking. Honestly it turns my stomach.
