  1. She's gone. Pushed. Good riddance. Draining the swamp. Labour falling apart.
  2. Let's hope he's right. If Labour last until 2029 we'll end up going cap in hand to the IMF for a bailout again, just like Labour did in '76.
  3. If you wanted that to be remotely funny you should have asked how much I paid for him.
  4. Oh come on. Bit harsh... It's not like she ate a piece of birthday cake given to her by a colleague at work, on her birthday.
  5. Maybe she's hamming it up, doing the northern equivalent of a Mockney accent to sound more "rela'able", innit? No, although my grandfather was from Sale.
  6. I thought it was Angewer Waynoorrr. 'Er oo went to EEfiopior. 😃 https://www.fanamc.com/english/uk-deputy-pm-angela-rayner-visits-ethiopian-airlines/
  7. Maybe she asked Dianne Abbott to calculate the amount due? She's good with numbers...
  8. So are you proposing that the state bans children from eating everything that isn't 100% healthy? Maybe we could ban them from playing sports as it increases risk of injury, or with other children as that increases the risk of spreading disease or mental health issues from bullying? Perhaps we could just keep them indoors on a strict diet of lentil soup until they are old enough to start paying tax to the state? Can't have the kids enjoying themselves. Could cost the NHS money.
  9. I did see one interview on (I think) Talk TV where the woman being interviewed blamed Misogyny. 😆
  10. She didn't. Nice of her to throw the family run law firm under the bus though. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/angela-rayner-lawyers-stamp-duty-tax-hove-flat-keir-starmer-investigation-b1246095.html Labour just go from bad to worse.
  11. Seems like Rayner's been telling porkies about the "bad advice". 😆 https://www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/angela-rayner-lawyers-stamp-duty-tax-hove-flat-keir-starmer-investigation-b1246095.html
  12. She is the minister for housing. The rules on stamp duty are very clear. Even in the extremely unlikely event she was given bad advice, the level of incompetence for someone in her position makes it untenable. That's even before we consider that she used the money for her disabled son's care to pay for it.
  13. She clearly kept quiet about it and is now trying to blame them for giving her bad advice. Hopefully they sue her for defamation.
  14. Nah, 2 tier Keir already showed that breaking the ministerial code isn't a deal breaker for him (as long as you are Labour). https://www.bbc.com/news/live/crm4mxrg40pt
  15. The usual defense of big state interference in people's lives.
  16. Indeed. And she even used the compensation she got for her son's disabilities which was meant to be spent on his care, to pay the deposit. https://www.standard.co.uk/news/politics/angela-rayner-nhs-payout-home-hove-telegraph-b1245908.html The woman is a disgrace.
  17. She can't afford to resign. She's got massive mortgages and now a massive tax bill/fine. She likes to party as well. Often in Ibiza. She won't be resigning unless 2 tier Keir forces her to. And he's already trying to squirm out of it, the weak man and weak leader.
  18. It's even worse. "That" is our Deputy PM.
  19. Yes in Britain we have a 2 tier system. One rule for us and one rule for them as Rayner once famously said. She vapes now. This is her on holiday at the luxury apartment she dodged the stamp duty on. Nice tat BTW.
  20. The money was to care for the needs of the disabled child. Daycare, education etc. Not to put it in a trust to try and escape paying stamp duty on a luxury beachfront property 200 miles away.
  21. Doesn't matter. The law is clear on stamp duty. She should know it, she's Secretary of State for housing and has access to the best legal advice. Also look forward to her explaining why she thought the 160k she got to care for her disabled child was best spent on a luxury seafront flat 200 miles away. Well, she probably knows how bad Rachel from accounts is better than anyone. Doesn't justify her dodging tax though.
  22. A weak response. Deporting immigrant Paedos is of interest to me. Labour's mealy mouthed attempts to fool the public is not.
  23. Doubtful. Slippery Starmer already trying to weasel his way out of it. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ce321d2n45vo He'll only remove her if there is no other choice. Not because it's "the right thing to do".
  24. I support leaving the ECHR. Until then, the government's dog and pony show is of no interest to me.
