When I walked around town with my baby I was almost beating girls off of me with a sh1tty stick. It was like coming to see the baby was a good enough reason to get close to a farang. At that time I was getting zero affection/attention from my (now ex) wife so It was a pleasant experience. A baby is much more effective than a wedding ring.

I rent a house and upstairs has the cheapest form of laminate flooring, (as mentioned above). It's terrible. When ever water comes through the windows, (the windows are crap too), or the kids run come out of the bathroom the floor swells. The house is less than 4 years old and the floor has blisters everywhere.

Laminate flooring looks lovely, Sorensons picture shows this, but just don't buy the cheapest stuff.

I'm having a 4 poster bed made by a carpenter near my house. It should be delivered tomorrow. I took in a picture to show him what I wanted and he explined how close he could get to my picture. I've checked in a few times and what I have seen looks great.Once it's delivered i'll post pictures. I think this guy mostly makes cabinets, tables as well as some of the POS furniture you see in shopping malls and food courts.

Have to agree with this one. Single Thai girl sees another Thai girl with farang husband. If she can get some of his attention, however brief, she would consider it a victory over the married girl. It's very childish but also very real. I noticed it a lot more when i lived in Issan compared to where I live now. (But i'm also older and uglier now with a smaller wallet )

I kept getting an old avatar showing up when i tried to change. Yesterday I uploaded my avatar to my fotki.com site and then updated it from there. It worked first time.

Why is it that most posts on Thaivisa seem to end up with members ripping into other posters about the poor standard writing and grammar?

Do the ones who do the ripping have nothing better to do?

My English isn't perfect, I know that and do not need to be told.

There are many non native English speakers here so maybe we should cut them some slack.
