yes but I don't think it's as high as you make out ... you won't see any nutters laying around streets in Singapore. You won't see anyone high as a kite walking around Singapore. You won't hear of any gold shop robberies because he needed to buy drugs ... and so on. Singapore has strict laws and policies when it's comes to drug use and possession. They live by the rule that ... if you use drugs don't come to Singapore. They have the correct response and society's thinking on drug use imo. anyway, each to his own.

i think Singapore has the right idea .... no drugs, low crime and as such they don't have all the problems that drugs bring.

kindly explain to me what benefit or good comes from letting everyone freely and openly get high smoking their cannabis everyday. I know some who do everyday and they become lazy, withdrawn, don't want to work .... in general. What good is having young folk of today allowed to smoke cannabis everyday ? young students, addicts, nutters already , village layabouts ... what good could possibly come form allowing this stupid decision ??? agree .... I've been to friends houses and after we have the grilled fish and bbq chicken from the markets ... they will just leave the chicken & fish out ( covered with plastic fly net half moon cover ) and it's left out to have later. I usually stick each plate in a plastic bag and put it in the fridge when no one's looking ... they cannot get the concept that food must be refrigerated
