agree .... I've been to friends houses and after we have the grilled fish and bbq chicken from the markets ... they will just leave the chicken & fish out ( covered with plastic fly net half moon cover ) and it's left out to have later. I usually stick each plate in a plastic bag and put it in the fridge when no one's looking ... they cannot get the concept that food must be refrigerated
