I just love this type of thing happening ..... it really reminds me of what it's like on walking street. You can't get this in any normal bar in Brisbane or Sydney. It's good to see this keeps the place alive ..... well done !!

getting into a taxi for an 8 1/2 hr drive just after stepping off and international flight which was god knows how many hour is ludicrous ..... a hotel sleep nearby then on the plane the next morning fresh and raring to go would be the most sensible way to go.

This means absolutely nothing, of course they like you. The point is you said she wants you gone and she was looking for another bf. It sounds a bit like she pushed this issue a week ago and then this week everything is all rosy and it's not mentioned, but next week it may start again if you have an argument over any little issue. She is being a snake if that's what's happening and it's a dangerous game as you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Is she serious? does she want you gone? is she being snaky? this is what you need to either confirm and decide.

totally agree .... Thailands legal system doesn't work like in the west or how it's suppose to, these cowboys do as they want. Try evicting her from the house and see how far he gets ... he could end up in the rubber plantation hangin from a tree. just sayin'

aren't Thai cops just fantastic, they are just out to help everyone as much as they can and as honestly as they can. They didn't extort money from these tourists for the ride and they didn't take them to a room back at the station and beat the sh_t out of them for a false drug confession.

so having her evicted is gunna fix all his problems? yeah right ! it'll make his life worse off. his well-being could be severely compromised if he evicts her and stays their alone. TIT ... anything can happen to anyone ....

not sure how long you've been in Thailand and seen and experienced what actually goes on .... and how the court see's these types of cases, I've seen it and know how they play out ..... It could take years to sell the house and she won't let it go without a fight .. she'll have a better lawyer than him, she will delay, delay ... it could drag on for 2-5 yrs and time ain't on his side.

A usufruct is useless imo .... who would want to stay in a house if your not welcome and they want you gone? ... it could be a big risk and mistake staying there.
