I hear what your saying, well, I see where he is coming from .... but the actual issue is soi dogs biting and attacking kids and elderly, hence, it doesn't matter who caused the problem, it's finding the solution to the problem is the issue. I wonder how he'd feel if he had 20 dogs or 40 or 60 at his place to feed. I guess he'd manage somehow. each to his own .....

yes .... you are right .. and those feeding them only exasperate the problem. Neutering solves nothing, they still attack and bite people. Take them away to a a 5 rai place and the dog feeders can go live there and feed them until the cows come home. That's the solution.

The reason this doesn't ad up is because he was seen having a cigarette by the window. A normal rational person will lite up a smoke at anytime he feels ..... A person who is emotionally charged and thinking irrational and is going to take his own life doesn't just lite up a cigarette. imo Was someone with him at the time?

If you want to pave it, you just need compacted crusher dust for a base, medium fine black stone, it's used under pavers. Lay the crusher dust down then spread it out and compact, water then compact, then lay pavers on top. Provided rain water cannot infiltrate underneath the pavers and was the base out it will be fine. Trucks drive on pavers at times. After a few months it will have settled rock hard and no issue.

I'm just saying that statistics show fewer American nationals commit suicide than other nationalities. I'm just saying that normally one commits suicide due to either health issues, financial stress, relationship issues. Americans are more financially stable than Haitians, Mexicans, Africans, and many other western nationalities. Just saying ....

You don't see the logic in getting rid of soi dogs that attack people walking past, bite kids on bikes and chase people, cr_p everywhere. No, sorry ..... if the people that feed them like doing that then take them away from the soi's where they attack kids, take them far away and house them on 5 rai or whatever then all the Thai do-gooders that feed them can look after them as they were the one's who encouraged breeding by feeding them continuously. You see, some folks cause the problem but don't want any part of the problem.

hmmm .... very strange indeed. He rented a storage unit, and was seen smoking by the window. I suspect the storage unit didn't have balconies so he went out to the area where the balcony was and it looks to be in the middle of the building. So was he seen smoking on the balcony near the window or was he smoking in his storage unit at the window? maybe he opened the window and stood near while smoking. Was someone with him? did the follow him out to the balcony? was foul play involved here? RIP sir. very sad indeed.
