    never had to pay extra for garbage collection ..... Normally the rent is fixed at xx,000 baht/month and that's it .... you pay electric either 4 baht PEA or 7 baht condo/hotel + water 50-100 baht. this sounds like garbage to me ...

    very horrific impact by the looks, was the Swedish guy at fault, did he risk a running dash to try to cross in between fast moving traffic. Was the driver speeding or within the limits, was the driver texting or reading messages on his phone at the time. very tragic. RIP guy.

    Try Nok Air website later in the day, I suspect it's just an IT issue. Having flown both NOK and AA a hundred times over the last 10yrs I would say both have their good and bad points.

    sorry, I can tell you the opposite .... you try and catch a taxi on Sukhumvit in the afternoon , say from 4.00pm onwards ... going to any suburb 10klms away, 90% will refuse with all the excuses, and friday's worse.

    sorry to rain on your parade but as mentioned by others, Thai/French beef is rubbish ..... it's tough, chewy and nothing like a good hereford steak or an angus steak. Thai's don't know enough about cattle production and stock management, veterinary requirements, stock feed knowledge, grain production and harvesting. Take a look ... Australian beef ... and Thai beef ...

    I hear what your saying, well, I see where he is coming from .... but the actual issue is soi dogs biting and attacking kids and elderly, hence, it doesn't matter who caused the problem, it's finding the solution to the problem is the issue. I wonder how he'd feel if he had 20 dogs or 40 or 60 at his place to feed. I guess he'd manage somehow. each to his own .....

    yes .... you are right .. and those feeding them only exasperate the problem. Neutering solves nothing, they still attack and bite people. Take them away to a a 5 rai place and the dog feeders can go live there and feed them until the cows come home. That's the solution.

    The reason this doesn't ad up is because he was seen having a cigarette by the window. A normal rational person will lite up a smoke at anytime he feels ..... A person who is emotionally charged and thinking irrational and is going to take his own life doesn't just lite up a cigarette. imo Was someone with him at the time?
