  5. The price is 270k baht ... everything included : Large bed Portable Air conditioner Mattress - new High cupboard with mirror Kitchen bench cupboard Smart TV New refrigerator Outdoor furniture new Large patio umbrella
  6. It is a bargain .... and while I agree with you, the reason is I just need to sell it all because the owner wants to build a house where it's sitting .... also, I'm in Bangkok so it's not easy to just sell separately being so far away. When we shifted it originally to the place now, some bathroom tile did crack or break, so there will be some minor repairs and cosmetic work to do but it's still a great price. It would be much easier and cheaper for someone within the Phitsanulok area ( 100kms ) or near to buy .... just saying.

August 9, 2022, 12:23 PM GMT+7 ( Bloomberg News ) Thai Air’s $2.3 Billion Capital-Raising Plan Led by Government State-owned banks will provide new loans, capital infusion Government will keep at least 40% stake in Thai Airways. Thai Airways International Pcl will receive key financial support from the government for its 80 billion baht ($2.3 billion) capital raising and debt-to-equity swap plan aimed at helping the state-controlled carrier come out of its pandemic-induced bankruptcy. State-owned banks will lead in funding new loans, converting debt and injecting equity capital into Thai Air. The ministry and other agencies will continue to maintain a combined stake of at least 40%, but the proportion won’t exceed 50% to induce the carrier to stay competitive, he added. source : https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-08-09/thai-air-s-2-3-billion-capital-raising-plan-led-by-government

  19. I think the story is exaggerated as not all hotels cannot get staff ..... many hotels have their banner hanging outside saying ' we are hiring ' bla .. bla .... and when a Thai, Laos or Cambodian go in to investigate and apply ... it's oh i'm sorry we have no vacancies at the moment. Also, part of the problem is the salary, as once they pay room, food, electric, there's no meat left on the bone ... hence no applicants.
  20. more so crowd for control with protesters and fly over border security ... I think it's a great upgrade.
