    nonsense ...... I know for a fact that the bank account used by many well known agents are not bogus or fraudulent as you imply, it is an actual bank account with an ATM card and a bank passbook.

    Even with COD ... you cannot open the parcel until the payment is handed over so you still could end up with the wrong or faulty product.

    certainly not in my life time and I very much doubt in yours, usually someone high up is being paid off monthly to turn a blind eye. Normally the perpetrators die from old age or statue of limitations is invoked making it useless to pursue
