Those numbers are becoming meaningless day by day.

Actually, they should be labelled as new results that we could do with our limited testing capacities.

I talked with my mum, who works in healthcare in Germany, she said people will probably wake up in a few weeks when the army has to dispose the dead bodies as it has happened in Italy.

That coming from a country that have just had a nearly 22% increase in deaths in 1 day

If you look at confirmed cases vs hospitalizations, hospitalizations are at about 85% of the confirmed cases. This means testing is not really done until somebody shows up sick at the hospital. Which in turn indicates that the amount of actual cases is much much higher than reported? And I do not understand "7" deaths. That is only about 0.6% of total cases, which in itself seems low compared to other countries.

There are many countries that show a low death rate per capita and Thailand's rate of death is 1 per capita

Interesting. As far as I know, Bangkok hospital in Khon Kean is not showing any larger influxes than normal around this period. They do have 5 Covid-19 cases in the hospital.

That seems strange up to yesterday the MOPH where stating only 2 cases in Khon Kean area, I will be interested to see if the are any more cases there today when they update their site

    Good news???

I think 143 new cases is the highest single day increase since this started, and if not THE highest, it's right up there among the highest.

And the numbers probably would be much much higher if the government's CV testing were widespread and easy to obtain, which it's not.

There nothing in this that strikes me as good news.

Right now, there's almost 7500 people admitted as inpatients in Thai hospitals with COVID type symptoms, and most of those apparently are still waiting for confirming tests. It's a much bigger problem than just 143 reported new cases in a day.

Last Sunday was the highest with 188 reported

agree, it's done every single day and more then once or twice.... drastic situations call for drastic decisions/actions

The cheapest way might be to go from sole custody for your child at the worst it would make you ex come running at best if the court cannot find her you will get a court paper to show the immigration and not need the mother's signature

  6. I cannot understand why a mask cannot protect you form getting the virus when it coming at you at a slower speed but it can stop the virus getting out when you cough or sneeze and it is leaving the mouth at a much greater speed

Can anybody explain why it is like that to me please

Then they'd have to shoulder the responsibility of providing enough masks - and outside it's very easy to maintain a 2 metre distance from other people.

I have a handful of N95 masks, and will take one to put on when I enter Makro or Tesco, but it's impossible to buy more at any decent price. If the situation gets much worse, and you're entering areas where the virus can be circulated in the air, then you should also consider putting on some swimming goggles too...

I said a face covering I know there are not enough mask to go round but even a cloth covering the nose and mouth would be better than nothing and I think would help stop the spread

Temperature is one symptom - and could catch someone out and about who has Covid - though it wouldn't catch an asymptomatic 'super' spreader for sure.

Just as these masks - they won't stop you breathing in virus, but they may help limit the amount that you spread it. There are good reasons for doing these things - they aren't expected to be a 100% protection by any means.

They should make everybody wear face covering when outside to stop the spread

Wife had to run to gold shop to hock car & Chanote to stop sezior of house in 2 mths time

I will now sell car & work it out

Sorry but something not seem true In this, you have other postings on this already one time you say they have a court order to take the house then you say they are trying to arrange a payment.

Have you seen any paperwork about the court order because I still not sure the court will allow the land to be repossessed with you son's name on the chanote

    1,000,000 bht

but she went to the Chinese gold shop (not a shark ) & put my car up (Toyota HP still own ) got 530,000 & the rest from putting up Chanote

Probably just holding the car title as they wouldn't be able to be a second financer without the approval of Toyota

    Not sure about Chanote

If your wife and son's names are on the chanote as 50% ownership each I do not think they can get the ownership of the land from her until your son is 20 years old

When she took out the loan did they go together to the land office and got a note put on it about the land being held as security for the debt

but at least the phones remotely accessed FindMyPhone feature remains alive - just like how the Google Maps Timeline feature is too...  ????

    the only downside of the phone being eventually tracked to your/GF location - is that if it is located before yous have informed Authorities;

     - is that your GF could be railroaded automatically as a thief?

(your thoughtful considerations towards the PP holders Visa status practically becomes a mere Secondary level of importance, don't you think?)

    Protect your Backs

I have be told that if you find a phone you should leave it where it is because if it found on you it is classed as you are stealing it so we are leaving everything in the restaurant

if a photo was taken of the photo in the Passport - 'that' could then be Shared/Tagged back to the name of that Facebook page. Hopefully the Page is not Locking out NonFriends Tags etc...

and someone who's a Friend of the FB target would see it, and maybe contact the actual FB acct holder? (never know he might also have a laptop back in his room, to be ponline with?)

    - at least this would eliminate that person if it wasn't the Passport loser himself

I have left a message on the only man with that name on FB
