I wonder if he thanked the British Ambassador for the B1.1.7 strain which is making up 98% of cases in Thailand currently?
I would expect so, they've done nothing but kiss Chinas ass since the virus emerged.
A bit odd to see the phrase 'British Ambassador' and 'kiss Chinas ass' together here.

Perhaps his husband said, "You're going where wearing those shoes?"
"To visit the Thai prime minister."
"Oh, that's OK then. He has no idea either."

Should be like New Zealand where injuries (maybe not illnesses) resulting from tourism are free.
But I'm not a business person involved in tourism!
Wouldn't that result in a boom of free STI clinics in Pattaya?

This will get the whiners whining!
We get free visa on arrival to Thailand. Thais don't get free visa in arrival to our countries. And the fee is considerably more than 10 dollars.
Looks good to me. No need for travel insurance anymore. The 300 baht has us covered.
Ok, enough positivity, let the whining continue.

2 million doses secured in 4 months...only 98 million left to be secured by month end...piece of cake!
Add the administration's incompetence to the people's reluctance, and a 30% target by year end appears optimistic...
'administration's incompetence' Now if you'd said 'administration's incontinence, I'd have known you were talking about Prawit.

Channel 3 TV news reported that the PM said that 100 million doses would be in the arms of people in Thailand by the end of 2021.
They then went on to confirm the PMs track record in order to back up his claim:
From 2017 with the high-speed Chinese railway which is due to open Bangkok to Korat any day now.
After the débâcle with the Covid call centre problems, his resolution in 2015 to introduce 911 as the main emergency number.

He must rank as the most incompetent liar on the planet right now. Someone compared him with Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf, for his comment "what tanks, I see no tanks". At least that Iraqi went on to surrender. Prayut will not go that easily until his master decides otherwise.
Saeed al-Sahhaf, also known as Comical Ali.
So what adjective fits in with Prayut?
farcical, funny, hilarious, humoristic, humorous, hysterical.
If I was asked, I'd go for farcical Prayut or hysterical Prayut.
'Prayut will not go that easily until his master decides otherwise.'
It appears that farcical Prayut is available on the HMV label at an ineffective government near you.

How can a request be submittedt?

However jabbering on about unreasonable goals, and doing very little to work towards those, is more in line with the regime leader.
50 million fully vaccinated by year end sounds like it came from TAT.
Stop talking, make a plan, communicate the plan, execute the plan.

I dont think anyone "decided" at all, its just an attribute of the theme employed by the software company.
Is there an option to customise it by Tech Doctor?
I'm probably in a minority anyway. I'm by no means blind, but it's not as easy to read. (Unless it's something else that's changed?)

Hmm, OK.
I wonder why it was decided to make it harder-to-read for us crumblies with not so good eyesight?
Another member I email said exactly the same thing without me mentioning it. He said it has reduced the time he spends on TVF because of it.
I hope no one suggests increasing the contrast on my display, as then everything else will be too high-contrast.

Since the last upgrade a while ago now, it appears to me the font colour has changed from black(-ish) to grey.
I've looked, but I can't see if it's possible to change my own display preferences to get it back to black to be able to read it easier?

Careful!
This will surely be listed here as false news and access to it blocked pronto.
