Kasikorn, Beach Rd Jomtien, it's between Soi 1 & 2, ideal when you're going to Immigration, even has bike parking. -

For Jomtien, when I get the bank letter, I also get a year's statement. Never have issues with that. -

It's deducted. Also, all your taxable income is added together for tax. Normally, State Pension won't be taxed, but the tax due on it will be taken by lowering your tax cade that's applied to those other sources. -
Rent - more expensive in the long term, but no repair costs unless you crash it. Buy - cheaper in the long term and you can customise it (I NEED my Scottish flags ????) but all repairs are down to you. Up To You. I rented when I used to come on holiday, then bought when I moved here. No regrets.

If they started promoting what Thailand is famous for, the Europeans would return. Beaches and temples only go so far, there are many better and closer beaches - and there are only so many temples you can visit before yawning. Ok, the entry is a bit over-the-top these days, but 25 years ago when I first came, the journey itself was a nightmare. We still came though, again and again, and spent money.
