This is right. You can buy reading glasses at stalls in TukCom, at least that's where I got mine. Just keep trying them on until you get a pair you can read with.

ALL the banks I have a Thai Farmers Bank account and it takes age to deposit cash into it, and they want my passport too!!! I get my immigration letter from BB on Second Road and they are very good and quick, but I'm always the first person in there.

That would depend on how you define free elections. You don't have to pay to vote? Yes, they're free. One person, one vote and all get counted equally? Oh, not so free then after all. -

They don't have a right, the airline will charge them for the extra seat or the upgrade. They don't charge by weight 'cos that would be seen as discrimination, and they don't want to upset the fat people.

Be aware that when your visa is cancelled you have to leave the country immediately unless you get a seven day extension at immigration. Hmm, you say work permit cancellation in your title but refer to both in your post. If WP is cancelled and not visa you're OK until visa expiry date. If company cancel visa also then what I said above.

It's a UK thing. When we buy our beer in pubs or nightclubs you pay as you go. Cafes too, go to the counter, order pay and go sit down.
