Surely not, Reeves said she would go through it line by line, but we are still waiting. (only joking, of course it was). I think there will be a shortfall going forward as revenue is not raised as they expected from taxing business via NI. The problem with the Left is that they think the economy is static and not dynamic and will stand for higher taxes, rather than ceasing to invest. "business can pay for the NHS" will ring hollow.

They need to stem the flow of legal immigration, which is much higher numbers.

They get moved into social housing as and when it becomes available. Also due to benefit caps for UK citizens it more profitable to let housing to Government subsidised immigrants. Immigration is A BUSINESS.
