Received new passport back and yet to go to CW IMM to complete paperwork for stamp transfer from old to new. I am assuming that after doing the transfer I will have to manually file a new paper 90 day report with the new passport rather than do online with old passport number?. I *COULD* do online with old passport number prior to passport transfer and that would tide me over until I renew my retirement extension but then I would be presenting a passport with a 90 day report slip with the old passport number. I just don't know if that would be accepted, or if i would have to do a new 90 day report. I assume it is too much to expect that after doing the passport transfer paperwork this updates in the online system and I can do online 90 day reports without the need to initiate via a trip out and back in? Thought not. Does my existing TM30 remain valid (no passport number on form/receipt), or do I have to file a new one before I can do 90 day report/transfer stamps to new passport. Any other "gotchas"? Update with banks I know I have to do.

It changed with age. In thirties 11pm after getting up at 5.15. Then late fourties I got a crushing urge to sleep around 9.30. Now at nearly 60 I go to bed at 7.30 or earlier because my concentration for anything is gone.

Had exact same problem. They can't get drivers and blame your data rather than deliver late and get black marks with seller platforms. . they have a tactic or of recording a failed delivery as SOP and maybe if you are lucky they then deliver. last thing I bought was from a shop rather than Lazada because of kerry.

If no warranty i suspect some kind of grey market 'phone. I bought a Samsung off Shopee that didn't have English as a language option - a younger Thai friend eventually found a version of English that had not been removed so it basically works but i suspect the removal was to prevent re-export to other markets.

I just paid 180,000 Bt for two operations and a total of 16 days in a Govt hospital. About Bt60,000 in outpatients between. My original intention was to buy disaster insurance with 1st Bt300k or so payable by me - in the end I paid cash without insurance. Viable as that looks, the risk you have to look at is long stay - costs mount up and the risk is non renewal/increases by Insurance company. The big question is will your disaster insurance cover you for a disaster like needing to stay in hospital indefinitely? A private hospital like Bumrungrad will cost you Bt8000/day min for just the bed vs 900/1800 min for govt hospital.

What happens with health Insurance if you become a long term inpatient - presumably it has to be renewed every year and they could up the premium or flat refuse cover?

One more: Any hidden "gotchas" with having old passport invalidated by corner cut off while stamps not yet transferred to new. e.g. a hospital admission might be difficult if I can't make admissions staff accept valid visa old passport but ID is now new passport. Same with doing things at banks - like get account balance letter for extension.

Additional question: Presumably I can do my 90 day report due online within the period between pick up new passport and transfer stamps without falling foul of any regulations? Don't want a situation where the IO looks at my New passport issuance date and a 90 day report date after that on old passport number and says makes 80 day on old PP invalid - a missed 90 day also triggers the requirement for a new TM30. Vital I line my ducks up as any problems especially having to leave the country and re enter are serious problems right now.

I have 30 days only to pick up my passport I know, but I need to know there isn't some immigration rule like "must transfer stamps within 7 days of new passport issued" or do I have until old passport expires. Right now it is difficult for me to leave the house for long periods but it makes sense to pick up new passport well within 30 day limit - I just need to know I don't activate a "within X days clause" as I am not up to a trip to CW right now.

Joe, by this do you mean that if you renew your passport in Thailand (BKK) and complete the visa transfer paperwork with Immigration, that the system will seamlessly accept the new passport number inputted when you report online with the new system?

May be run of the mill constipation, but if you are saying you have not been able to pass stools properly for several days then I suggest you consider going to an emergency room as you may have a blocked intestine.
