  1. That is not correct, it used to be 3 months before. From police order 606-2549: It was then changed to 60 days before for first extension and 3 months for subsequent extensions. From police order 777-2551:
  2. I don't think there ever was a combination method for marriage extensions. This is from police order 606 from 2006:
  3. He is correct, a Zinger burger costs 69 Baht. 79 Baht is the delivery price.
  4. Dtakab is a centipede and a very different animal Centipedes are venomous and very quick and aggressive, while millipedes are poisonous (so don't eat them), generally slow and passive.
  5. Perhaps a Yellow Dragon millipede (Orthomopha communis):
  6. Finished the upgrade in January of an extra ground mount with ten 390W solar panels: I also added another 14.3 kWh battery pack to our system: The cells in the battery pack is rated at 280Ah, but if the test report from the seller is to believed they test out at a significantly higher capacity: I managed to fully charge the battery packs and our EV before we hit a dreary patch of four days in a row with next to no sunshine. Before the upgrade such weather would have had us relying on PEA for power, but with the new panels we had no trouble covering our daily consumption (although i wasn't able to charge the EV again until yesterday when the sun was back).
  7. We also eat the Makro Farm Frites, but prefer the 10mm x 20mm variety.
  8. I agree that the wording was a little confusing, but it meant that the topic was originally posted in the "Visas and migration to other countries" forum (i.e. the "visas from Thailand" forum)
  9. Read the OP again, his due date is the 10th of January. Edit: And by the way, if his due date was the 17th, the 22nd would be the 6th day after the due date including the due date, not the 7th.
  10. It's seven calendar days, no matter if some of those days are week-end or holidays. So if your due date is a Sunday, the latest you can do your report is the following Friday (assuming that's not a holiday).
  11. Neither. You have seven days "grace" for doing the report (in person), but those seven days include the due date. So the latest you can do the report is end of business on the 16th of January.
  12. I believe it's their translation for a songthaew.
  13. The 30 days are added to your current permission to stay, so you don't lose anything by doing the extension early.
  14. My extension expired mid November, and I did my 90 day report online without a problem early October and got the full 90 days until my next report.
  15. Just to add, even if you are from the U.S. (which based on your forum name you probably aren't) you wouldn't be able to form an Amity company for your stated purpose. Companies formed under the Amity treaty are not allowed to buy land in Thailand.
  16. There are currently 7 MG HS PHEVs for sale on one2car, asking prices ranging from Baht 699,999 to 759,000.
  17. I ordered some box metal to build a ground mount for our extra solar panels. Notice the error message when Global House's system is unable to check the stock status
  18. The stamp on the ground rods here (maybe surprisingly) doesn't necessarily indicate the exact length of the rod. Stamp on a 2.4m ground rod: Stamp on a 2m ground rod:
  19. Not entering a password when opening the app is not the same as not having a password. It's quite normal for your phone to remember the password for an app so you don't have to enter it every time, and when that app is then updated to a new version the phone is no longer able to find the associated password. As an example, every time the Nord VPN app is updated I have to reenter the password on my phone, but then the phone will remember it until the next update. Obviously, with more sensitive apps like mobile banking apps, you will have to enter your password every time for security reasons.
  20. I have always had a password for the Mor Prohm app on my phone (Android).
  21. Maybe the OP did too, referring to tomorrow as "the end of this month" would be a little unusual. So maybe you were right all along.
  22. It's actually three months, making it even less likely that Immigration will do an early extension. But as you say, it never hurts to ask.
