There are NO dedicated MPs for pensioners who are affected by this. There are NO votes in it for any MP, so why would they vote to spend even more of the taxpayers money to increase our pensions? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salaries_of_members_of_the_United_Kingdom_Parliament#:~:text=MPs normally receive a pension, accrual rate of 1%2F40th. Basic salary The basic annual salary of an MP in the House of Commons is £86,584.[1] That is more than 10 times my annual frozen pension rate. Pension MPs normally receive a pension of either 1/40th or 1/50th of their final pensionable salary for each year of pensionable service depending on the contribution rate they chose. Members who made contributions of 13.75% of their salary gain an accrual rate of 1/40th.[24] If an MP stands down during the course of a Parliament due to ill health, an ill health retirement grant is payable, calculated in the same way as the Resettlement Grant (as well as an immediate pension based on the service the MP would have accrued if they had continued to serve until age 65). There is a lot more information in the link including Resettlement Grant Winding-up Allowance Office expenses Housing, second home, and travel

If you don't know who I was addressing, and according to you it doesn't matter anyway, why are you still asking the same question and yet not answering mine. If you don't like or understand my posts just skip my posts completely or put me on ignore. I promise I won't cry or throw my toys out of the pram.

To initiate ANY prosecution I was under the impression that evidence and proof has to be brought before a public prosecutor before any prosecution can go forward or be declined. Do you know something different? I am always willing to learn? -

So send him down to clean out the sewers instead of using convicts, and I might believe what he is doing is not a publicity stunt. -

And what does the DoJ need to prosecute? Hard verifiable proof and evidence. So where IS the hard verifiable proof and evidence? -

If the committee in the USA can't find the proof despite hundreds of man hours and millions of USD, what chance do you truly think you have of succeeding. Just another unfulfilled promise to add the the many broken promises you keep making. -

If I have been wrong from the start where is YOUR evidence and proof of President Biden's guilt? You make allegations all the time, you throw mud hoping something will stick all the time. Yet the one thing you never do is provide any evidence or proof that can be taken to a prosecutor and to a court. I have only your biased word and quite frankly that isn't worth anything. In all the time you have been posting on this subject you have yet to deliver even the slightest glimmer of any proof. Yet you claim, and I quote from your post " Time to get ahead of this mess, Bill. You have been wrong about this since the start". Back up your words with admissible evidence and proof and I may believe you. -

First you need proof that the allegations are true, but somehow the investigative committee over the years and hundreds of hours cannot seem to find something that is not there. If you have the proof then please post it for all to see. -

It doesn't matter whether the Democrats believe it or not. All that is needed is verifiable proof to take to the prosecution. You do have that proof I hope. -

More rubbish allegations from you and as usual you have offered NO facts to prove what you allege, As usual just more mud slinging and straw grasping. You claim it, so you back it up with verifiable proof that can be taken to a court and gain a conviction by a jury of 12 persons, and NOT just your extremely biased opinion. -
A very misleading headline. It is NOT Thailand, but quote "Thailand’s Tourism Authority (TAT) is poised to welcome a record-breaking 2 million Russian tourists next year". I gave up believing ANYTHING that the TAT says many years ago.

Good. It is their business and up to them how they wish to run it. What they don't need is outside interference from anyone.

It depends on the IO and the officer he speaks to. Some are more sympathetic than others. Last year I slipped and fell damaging my right arm and I was unable to sign any paperwork. The lady IO in Kamphaeng Phet I have dealt with for years told me not to worry and that she would deal with it. She did, and I got my marriage extension without a problem even though a copy was sent to region 5 IO HQ in Chiang Mai.
