To initiate ANY prosecution I was under the impression that evidence and proof has to be brought before a public prosecutor before any prosecution can go forward or be declined. Do you know something different? I am always willing to learn?

It depends on the IO and the officer he speaks to. Some are more sympathetic than others. Last year I slipped and fell damaging my right arm and I was unable to sign any paperwork. The lady IO in Kamphaeng Phet I have dealt with for years told me not to worry and that she would deal with it. She did, and I got my marriage extension without a problem even though a copy was sent to region 5 IO HQ in Chiang Mai.

But those dinosaurs are just a caretaker government and they may not have the legal power to authorise the extra days holiday. However as they came from a military coup, I don't suppose that they care much about legalities and observing the laws.

The IO at Kamphaeng Phet require the bank letter plus a 12 month statement from the BBK bank updated on the day of the extension, but are easier on the other "requirements". My last extension was in October 2022 and I have one more 90 day report to do next month. I will ask if anything has changed since last year.

From that account in my name I transfer to the KBank joint account Where my wife tells me how much money she needs, then she takes it out and wastes it on food and paying bills. I pay what bills that are left on line. Why does she take the money? because I have trouble walking and the best I can manage at 79 years old is about 30 metres due to having 2 blackouts this year. I gave up motorcycling about 3 years ago as if I dropped my 200cc Honda I would not have been able to pick it up. I quit driving the pickup after my second blackout as I did not want to risk a third blackout while driving and possibly killing somebody. As for cheques the last one I wrote was from my Lloyds International account which I dumped over 12 years ago.
