  1. If you have the facts then you should have the links and the proof as well. Why don't you post it on this thread, publish in all the social media channels and send a copy to the FBI, Doj and the FULL membership of the oversight committee? After years of investigation of many individual groups, they cannot find anything wrong. You apparently can. So publish what you have, assuming that you do actually have anything new. But facts only and NOT your usual allegations which are meaningless and useless to any investigations.
  2. Accepting the current status quo only helps the corrupt caretaker government. Comparing the number of electoral, party seats and the number of voters in favour of the coalition and against the current lot should give you a clue as to what the voters think. But as a coup supporter they don't matter to you.
  3. But sadly as the rules are currently set up, they are something that the majority of UK passport holders abroad cannot do without.
  4. IMHO the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland has got it right. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Off_with_Their_Heads#:~:text="Off with their heads!",Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland "Off with their heads!", a phrase spoken by the Queen of Hearts in Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
  5. https://www.bangkokpost.com/learning/meaning/assets-scrutiny-committee ASSETS SCRUTINY COMMITTEE MEANING 1: Assets Scrutiny Committee - a committee set up after the 2007 coup to investigate wealth obtained illegally by politicians - คตส. (คณะกรรมการตรวจสอบการกระทำที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อรัฐ ) Articles found: Bankers get 18 years in prison, no Thaksin ruling until return to Thailand (27/08/2015) Amnesty bill: Court will axe it, expert says (04/11/2013) What a surprise. The ASSETS SCRUTINY COMMITTEE was set up by the 2006 government in 2007.
  6. Not just once, but twice. The second time with an overall majority.
  7. What do YOU call a military coup, if it is not stealing the country at the point of a gun?
  8. It is the military, the yellow shirts and the royalists who need the lesson as to who runs the country. What happened in the past was history, and, IMHO Pita has learned from it. It is the military, the yellow shirts and the royalists. who have not listened and learned.
  9. They already have the required permission from the voters.
  10. The foreign investors seem a lot smarter than the current caretaker government. IMO, that is not too difficult though.
  11. I didn't think that the caretaker government had the legal power to do that.
  12. I use the IO at Kamphaeng Phet using the annual income method. Every year I a;so go through the Under Consideration rule, (the regional office is at Chiang Mai). Every time the local IO lady calls my wife and tells me the stamp is ready within the 30 day time period. Different offices sometimes have different staff and different rules.
  13. Well 1,600 per month comes to 19,200 per year. At present the personal tax allowance is 12,500 leaving a balance of 6,700 to be taxed at the BR of 20%. So unless the personal tax allowance is ignored for those lucky people they will not be getting the 1,600 per month. As has been mentioned by a previous poster, where will the money come from to fund this? At this point my state pension is frozen at 25% of this rate. If the government cannot or will not to bring me up to date on that, then they certainly cannot afford to pay UBI.
  14. If the USA is not safe for migrants as MTG claims, then it follows on that it is not safe for US citizens also. Yet she and 334,233,854 people still live there. The U.S. Census Bureau projected the U.S. population will be 334,233,854 on January 1, 2023. New population estimates and projections and other demographic data up to the year 2100 for 30 countries and areas in the International Data Base (IDB).
  15. Can you please explain how all the visitors were FORCED to visit the show, FORCED, to bring their children along, and FORCED to buy stuff that was on sale? For those US citizens who have more than 2 active brain cells, it is simple matter of choice, To go or not go.
  16. I am sure that there are very few reports that come out of Russia that I would believe. This is yet another one that I don't believe. Only my opinion though.
  17. Of course an simple answer would be to pay ALL the working staff, but NOT the MoPH more money which may help to retain the staff. Where to get the money? Well the state hospitals are overworked and the military are overpaid, especially the higher ranks and well under worked. Simply take it from the military budget.
  18. Anything that the current lot can make up or lie about.
  19. I don't think that many Thais either listen to or believe, a word that Anutin says other than his most steadfast supporters.
  20. As you said in your last sentence, Good Luck to them and I truly hope that they succeed.
  21. I have a sort of cloth shopping bag which most things fit into with short handles and a small backpack that I can shove more stuff into for longer days out. I don't need a man bag.
  22. It is all that Hanaguma does, deflect from the topic, and he can't even do that very well. He has been on my ignore list for months now.
  23. Why would I need to believe a social media post by a former Thai Ambassador to Buenos Aires, claiming that Move Forward’s first move is to reach an agreement with US to establish a military base in Thailand? The former ambassador is known to oppose many of the Move Forward’s policies. Even if they did it, is no business of the former ambassador. He is not in government, not in any position of power at all and has only 1 vote. If he was the leader of a political party that gained millions of votes and was a leading contender in forming a new government, then I would be interested in what he has to say. But he isn't and never will be.
