It is not what I think/believe is right or wrong it is what millions of other people think is the truth and what they believe is the truth.

IMHO the first thing to be cut should be EVERY senators and representatives salary and expenses, phone bills, cars, flights etc should all be frozen, and it should not be restored until it is the last item left.

But patients CAN be transferred between hospitals, and I am sure there are hospitals much closer than Chiang Mai that DO have empty Covid facilities.

But it is only ONE hospital claiming that, and not every hospital in Bangkok or in Thailand.

If evidence is also provided to the contrary, is that not a fact also? Take all of the facts for Covid and what do you come up with? Covid is true or false? If doctors claim it is true and other doctors claim it is not, Who do you believe? If some doctors claim that you need to wear a mask and other doctors claim it is not, Who do you believe? If some doctors claim that you must be vaccinated and other doctors claim you do not, Who do you believe? Millions of people died during the Covid pandemic. Did they die OF Covid or WITH Covid and other diseases? You can find facts saying both things.

I agree with AndyFoxy. You say that you believe in facts. That is fine, but who says the facts that you believe are correct?

Wow. One hospital in the whole of Bangkok cannot accept any more critical Covid patients. Is it the only hospital in Bangkok that deals with Covid patients? It must be a disaster of epidemic proportions. Don't panic anybody. The MoPH under its minister, Anutin will find a way forward. Even if he actually has to do something himself SIRIRAJ Piyamaharajkarun Hospital posted a message on its Facebook page yesterday (May 26) that all beds for critical Covid patients are now fully occupied with the emergency department also overflowing thus it cannot accept any more patients, TV Channel 7 and Naewna newspaper said this morning.

And you as an owner accept that. More fool you. If you cannot pay the rent on the agreed date then I would not want you as a tenant. If I were an owner I am in the rental business to make a profit and I would much rather have a tenant who pays on time. If they don't pay, I lose money as I have to pay with no income from them. When I rented the rent was always paid first, anything else came later.

I have read the article though I am not sure if I believe all of it. Coming from the Ukraine I expect some bias. OTOH I find ANY article coming from any Russian source to be 100% biased and simply propaganda. Perhaps that is just me.

Where is your proof. You claim that there is a law. Post the link and quote the law here on this thread. If you cannot then there is no law, only your word for it. So far in this thread you have proved nothing. NOT paying the rent is NOT respectful at all.
