Government departments always have loads of dead wood that need taking out to the trash, IMO. People that can't work for the government, especially when the hiring is DEI.

He withdrew because he was becoming the topic in the woke media, and detracting from the Trump push to assemble a team to destroy the woke liberals that have been running amok for the past 4 years. All Trump picks will suffer the same attacks, but Gaetz had too much baggage to survive, even if it wasn't true. Hopefully Trump's team will get payback for him too.
