Given most of the faux cases against him were obviously political attempts to eliminate him from the candidacy, I think it's entirely fair that he is now immune from any possibility of prison till at least 2029. By then the faux cases will have been quietly dropped. I fully support him if he wants to investigate the use of the FBI and the justice ( LOL ) department to target him, and I hope some of them do get prison time.

I don't remember any time in which Trump or any supporter said they thought he would eliminate the debt. IMO he won simply because his opponent was Harris, a candidate so bad that nothing she supported eg abortion, war in the M E, being "black" and female ergo supporting blacks and females over white males, and so called "green" policies was enough to even win her the popular vote. She did worse than Biden with Latinos, Blacks, women, Muslims.

It's like contraception doesn't exist. Not engaging in casual sex without precautions usually works to prevent pregnancy. I have no sympathy for any woman in a western country that gets pregnant when she didn't want to. One way to solve the problem would be to force men to either pay the full cost of the abortion or support their unwanted babies- there would be a big drop in unwanted pregnancies if that happened. There has been a lot of chatter in the ruling classes that western countries need more children to grow up and be taxpayers, so it's a bit strange that they want to allow abortion so easily. However, modern politics makes little sense anyway.

Europe and the UK are broke. To support Ukraine more would require borrowing or cutting more services. Will the leaders be that suicidal for their political futures? One wonders why the populace haven't yet revolted over spending so much on Ukraine- perhaps too busy looking at porn on the internet to care.

Perhaps the best thing to come out of Trump's victory is that we won't have to look at that moron Blinken running around the M E achieving nothing but lies and BS after January 20th.

Perhaps there is a sub species of Homo Sapiens where people that believe HRC, Biden and Harris are actually capable of being a good POTUS can be filed. I think you miss the point of what Churchill was saying. I had a similar life full of adventure, but ended up living a boring life ( why else would I be on here? ), and have no problem leaving it behind. His "all" would apply to his present circumstances, and not his life prior.

The fact that you lot don't seem to accept is that almost any other person could have won against Trump. They picked Harris for reasons I will not post on here, but she is worse than HRC, and that's saying something. They could probably have won with Newsome over Trump, but put someone so bad into it, that not enough were able to hold their noses and vote for her. She probably lost millions of votes because she wouldn't say that she would stop the genocide in Gaza. Loads of Arabs voted for Trump or an alternative or didn't vote because they see she is a warmonger colluding in ethnic cleansing.

You have to get off the plains and into the mountains for the scenery, and you have to have your own transport to do that. Queenstown is a big tourist town with loads of places to stay and restaurants etc. It's too expensive though. I didn't really want to do any driving. Wrong country for that. Sounds like you should go on organised tours with transport included. I don't know if they have tourist vans to get around that go between youth hostels and you book a seat. They had vans like that in Ireland. I suggest you use google to find out, but a camper van is the best option and very popular.
