Strange twisted logic trying to say that the man trying to stop a war is a threat to world peace. A threat to war mongers- yes.

As I see it, China only succeeded in transiting from making bad steel in backyard furnaces to the economic wonderland because greedy western company owners wanted more profit by exploiting Chinese peasants. If it ever happens that manufacturing returns to the US ( likely when factories don't need labour, due to AI robotics ) China will be in dire straits. Unhappily, robot factories won't need American labour either, so expect social upheaval, and if no one is working, who is going to buy the stuff made in those human devoid factories?

I prefer to study human behaviour, which, unlike physics, makes very little sense. What sort of intelligent species kills for no reason? I'm not foolish enough to use social media and such like garbage to gain information. BTW I use physics every day to live better.

You didn't give a reference to where you cut and pasted that quote from, so it's unproven, and you could have made it up. You ridicule Trump for his draft avoidance but ignore all the others that also did that, like Biden. That's hypocritical IMO. as well as his skeptical view of the need for the United States to fight in places like Vietnam and Iraq. Quite right too. Vietnam was a debacle and should never have happened, and Iraq 2 was based on lies. As for Kelly, less said the better.

The way they used that against Kerry was despicable, particularly as none of them served. I don't know if he would have been a good POTUS, but that wasn't a reason for the garbage spoken against him.

You support the war, so it's "your" war. What are you going to complain about when it's over and Russia gets what it wants? Re NZ. Trump is likely to cut us loose as we only have a tiny military and are not even attempting to be able to defend NZ. We don't have a single fighter jet. I won't blame him if he does as we are doing even less than the least prepared Euro country. We need to do more, but we are broke. So, if China wanted NZ, and the US declined to protect us, we have nothing to stop them.

Had America remained a British colony, WW1 would have ended very quickly given they would be in from the start, so WW2 would not have happened. I guess we might be living in a 1930s style world, as I doubt independence would be given to the colonies.

Why would they need to "defend" the Russian border? No western country is going to invade, given the nukes, and China is not an enemy. Once the war is over, Russia will re arm with modern equipment.

I just looked at the photo more carefully, and I'm even more convinced it's AI- why? Because his face is dirty, but the webbing and uniform is spotless. That blue badge is as clean as if it had just been laundered. Given the mud in the photo, no way a uniform looks that clean. Having been on exercise, I know that what we wear does not look clean after being in the field. I considered whether he was wearing face cam, but unless he is using dirt, I doubt it. Doesn't look like any face cam I've seen.

I didn't call him anything. I gave my opinion of the photo. I still am of the opinion that it's possibly AI. Far as him using a mobile phone, some time ago a poster pointed out that using a mobile phone on the battlefield gives away their location and that will be used to target a drone.
