  1. I'll leave you to your israeli propaganda bubble. Israel struggles for survival in the muslim murderous middle east.. Sure, LOL. They have deals with the neighbours except Lebanon and Syria, and if they hadn't bombed thousands of children to death would have one with Saudi. That's some struggle, LOL. In case you hadn't noticed, the only "enemy" they were facing prior to October 7 were Hamas and an oppressed population in the West Bank. while the rest continue to live in the 7th century with all the hate and terror That's anti semitic. Arabs are semites too.
  2. Yes, so much for the stated aim of America in preventing conflict spreading. You omitted Yemen, which is a 4th front. IMO it's turning into a disaster for Biden, and looks like ( hopefully ) ruining his chances for a second term.
  3. As seen on Al Jazeera, the relatives of the hostages are mad as h_ll with netanyahu and the war cabinet for not getting their relatives back and putting them at risk by continuing the fight. https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/israeli-hostage-families-angry-after-meeting-with-netanyahu-2023-12-05/ Several of the relatives who attended the meeting left bitterly critical of the government. Dani Miran, whose son Omri was taken hostage on Oct. 7 by Hamas gunmen along with around 240 other Israelis and foreigners, said he felt his intelligence had been insulted by the meeting and had walked out in the middle of it. "I won't go into the details of what was discussed at the meeting but this entire performance was ugly, insulting, messy," he told Israel's Channel 13, saying the government had made a "farce" out of the issue.
  4. Yes. Despite israel telling the Palestinians to relocate to the south where they would be "safe", that was a lie and nowhere is safe from attack now. The israelis are even assaulting Khan Yunis with tanks, which is in the south.
  5. It's getting to the stage that western governments are unable to turn a blind eye to the carnage and have to demand a ceasefire with delivery of aid, despite their desire to support israel, or appear complicit. The question then is what will they do if israel ignores them, ignores the UN, and carries on?
  6. Thai cops love to do farangs for underage sex as the pickings would have to be good. Perhaps you just happened to be in the right place at the right time to be told about those particular places, but you can't tell me the information is widely known, as it's not. I'm not going to, for obvious reasons, but if you googled "underage sex in Thailand" would you find advertisements for establishments with such? Obviously not.
  7. I never said it didn't exist. If I knew how to find it, it's probably available in YOUR home town/ city. I said it's invisible.
  8. You said "Correct, and some of them own the bars where kids are available, they need taking down no matter how well connected and rich they are." which indicates more than one bar. You have to prove it's more than one bar to make your case.
  9. Just as well you ain't in charge then. Ever heard of the Constitution?
  10. Your problem is proving that Trump was part of that plan. As he didn't say anything to indicate that in public, they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was part of a conspiracy, which will be very hard to do. Another going nowhere irrelevance IMO.
  11. Ah, I just connected with that on re reading the OP. As I see it she assumed asking her for somewhere to watch Loy Krathong was an indication that the OP was interested in her as a person. By agreeing to go with her it cemented that idea, hence the little touches, hand holding etc. IMO the OP has it the wrong way around. It was she wondering if the OP was wanting something more than directions and responding to that in a positive way, then giving hints to indicate she was amenable to his initial approach.
  12. Women are good at making men think it's their idea.
  13. IMO men and women can be platonic friends. I've had loads as never wanted a relationship while I was adventuring around the world. Just have to keep it where it belongs, no romantic dinners, no hand holding etc. I actually preferred conversations with women to those with men.
  14. LOL. When it comes to male female relationships nothing can be taken as "friendly and innocent". Women don't touch a man that is not a very good friend if they don't want to progress. She casually took my hand as we crossed busy roads LOL. Had it been "innocent" she would have held your arm to cross the road, not your hand. Holding hands means so much more than an arm to steady herself. It's all about sending signals that encourage the male to get involved. Body language is fascinating if one knows anything about it. Reading the book by Alan Pease is a good start to understanding body language.
  15. Q How does a non Thai speaking farang communicate that without coming across like a d head? A They can't. Overthinking it. Just go and if the situation comes up deal with it then. Just don't give out any erroneous signals.
  16. No. No. You can. Ask her before you go.
  17. I spent 5,000 a month on a room, houses are available ( I believe ) for under 20,000. If you want less for ladies get the flash place.
  18. If you know how much they cost already why do you need to ask on here? Some people could spend 200,000 in a week to support the lifestyle they think they deserve, others could make it last a year. As always, up to you. I'm guessing, but you won't be able to bring more than 186,000 for a month, so just do it- arrive and check it out. Anticipation can be the best part of a holiday.
  19. They'd be a moron on a unicycle. Morons are morons whatever they do or ride.
  20. Several thousand baht.
  21. I feel sorry for the girls that they get put at risk just to earn a crust.
  22. I rode a m'bike in LOS and for many years in my youth, but like most other m'bikes on Thai roads it wasn't a big bike. I doubt a big bike is any easier to maneuver in jammed traffic than a car. The gaps to go through are too small.
  23. Who cares? The main riders of big bikes in a certain country are gang members, which says a lot about it.
  24. The bigger the bike the smaller the <insert body part of choice>. Also applies to farangs that drive huge SUVs/ pickups in notoriously jammed traffic.
  25. I think they stop about dusk, but I would ask the driver when I got one going to be sure.
