  1. Errrr, I wasn't the one foretelling the future, which is why I put a question mark after my question. If I were to make a prediction about Ukraine this time next year, it will be that if they haven't broken through Russian lines the money is going to dry up from most EU countries and possibly even the UK. There is only so long they can justify spending that sort of money on a war they are not fighting, if there is stalemate.
  2. I agree about politicians and promises. Didn't every war that the US was involved in this and last century require Democrats to vote for it?
  3. If the Donald's son also had a drug problem and was banned from owning a gun, but was found to have one in his possession, would you be as forgiving? I doubt it.
  4. So what? I had a shotgun, but never fired it as never had a home invasion. I had it so that in the event of an attack I had protection. No point waiting for the cops to turn up when they are so far away and the bad guys are breaking down the door. Difference between myself and Hunter is that I was legally able to own it and Hunter was not legally able to posses his
  5. Are not the law abiding leaving California in droves? The more that leave the less tax the 'government" will have to waste on being nice to criminals.
  6. If that is really what Gaetz wants, then the right man won. The sooner the US stops fighting to the last Ukrainian the better IMO.
  7. IMO congress is such a joke, on both sides, that it might be better if they are shutdown for a while. Have they achieved anything much since the election?
  8. So, not much of a gag order then. The Donald will still have his opportunity to cause upset to the forces of darkness as they seek to make him vanish from the campaign to retake the big chair.
  9. Is your side incapable of posting without insults?
  10. Quote me saying that or you are just making it up.
  11. Is it necessary to include insults in your posts when you disagree with a poster?
  12. There you go again. I make a simple statement about what I'm referring to, and you come back with a deflection.
  13. Perhaps, but that does not change that when I refer to the Establishment I am referring to Washington. I thought that was self evident, but I appear to be mistaken about that with certain posters.
  14. Are all billionaires in the USA in Washington politics? Are you confusing the "Washington establishment" with rich people?
  15. Don't know to whom you are referring. As for myself I doubt I ever said he was innocent per se. Not having been in any of the rooms, I don't know if he is or is not guilty of some crime. What I do believe though, is that most of the charges are politically motivated, and if he was not standing for POTUS would never have been brought.
  16. 5555555555555 Looks like the prosecutors shot themselves in the foot by not considering if it was actually possible to try all of them at the same time. No surprises there then.
  17. Sure, but I won't be holding my breath.
  18. The actual comment I responded to was "He is not a Thai retiree, he even failed on that. He is just another Dunning Kruger expert." I didn't "fail" on that. I chose to leave. I don't even know who Dunning Kruger is to be an "expert" on him. So, you are making it up. BTW, it doesn't hurt my feelings as it's just anonymous posters hiding behind a computer attacking other posters because they have no better argument.
  19. To reply to some of those complaints. I'm not going to get into racial comments on here, but everyone I know wants a New Zealand for all citizens without special privileges based on race. The National party is hardly extreme right wing and is quite moderate in comparison to those on the left of politics in NZ. If they get into power it will be as a reaction to and rejection of the policies espoused by labour and it's allies, not because they offer a better future. And One who has courted the red necks among the Gun owners of new Zealand. In that case all gun owners in NZ are red necks Look possibly for a "For Sale sign" on new Zealand following the election. LOL. NZ was sold off many years ago by both parties. How many major banks are NZ owned? In 1991 a national Government passed labor laws (Employment contracts Act) which destroyed workers rights and set us back 50 years. No dispute there. Some National governments were really, really bad, for everyone, not just for the workers, but it's not 1991 now, is it? Now we face a worse possibility so the next 3 years could see the greatest fragmentation of New Zealand in its history. Just My view. My view is that NZ has been fragmented beyond repair already and no one is putting it together again. Damage done and will only get worse. IMO the farmers elected the present government by foolishly thinking it would keep the greens out of government, but they won't be making that mistake again. IMO every farmer in the country will be cheering if labour is out.
  20. Your lot has been saying that for the last 6 or 7 years. Never happened though. I'll keep cheering as long as he's against the establishment.
  21. You missed "always being right and the opposition are always wrong"
  22. Given the situation has never happened before, it would be uncharted territory. However, the political fallout if Trump was denied secret service protection and was assassinated would be astronomical. BTW, I doubt Trump needs a pension.
  23. Sounds like something a woke person wrote. One does not have to be woke to have any or all of those qualities, and I know woke people that don't qualify on some of them.
  24. Not so. Men coupling with many women is a genetic imperative for the survival of the species. Do dogs mate for life? Do wild stallions only run with one mare, do male elephant seals only stay with one female? Are men not an animal species governed by genetics?
