Majority of Americans concerned about Biden’s mental health: new poll
thaibeachlovers replied to Scott's topic in World News
Perhaps they just realised that he won't be a "winner" in '24. All the GOP would have to do is put a collage of Biden's gaffs on every tv in the country and the opponent would likely be a shoo in, as long as they can say a complete sentence. -

They like to bring Trump into every conversation, whatever it's about. -

While Charles is off topic, give him a chance. He hasn't even seen his mother buried yet. -

Are you talking about the Russia investigation on Trump? That was IMO a complete waste of millions and didn't get rid of him, LOL. -
Prince William just inherited a 685-year-old estate worth $1 billion

Inheritance tax IMO is a vile money grab by politicians, and unsupported by the population, but regardless, IMO the Crown and it's property belong to the people, so why would they be taxed on it? -

What on earth are you on about? The things they came to see are such as the palaces, the changing of the guard etc. -
They've been telling us for at least 4 years that he's going down for something, but hasn't happened yet, and IMO this will turn out to be a repeat. Meanwhile, it's a bit hard in a "democracy" to lock people up for having a viewpoint different to a certain demographic, but if they keep saying bad man, bad man, perhaps enough people will believe it to pass a special law just for him and his supporters. Meanwhile, perhaps people should remember why Hitler came to power, and it wasn't because they thought he'd make the trains run on time. Wonder why Trump is popular? Thank about what could make people look to him for leadership- hint, it's possibly what has been going on in Washington D C for decades.

and on Al Jazeera yesterday after showing that part of the interview with Biden, they included an expert that pointed out that according to US intelligence there is nothing to indicate that Russia is intending to use such, and that the only time Biden refers to such is when asked by "journalists". He went on to say that such might be used if NATO moved into Ukraine, or long range missiles were used to attack Russia directly. He also said that the US was not providing such missiles.

Do you believe in God and why

I learned at a very early age that "Christians" do not always act in a Christian manner. I went to a Christian boarding school, and was quite religious, to the point I became a sacristan in my first year, but had to stop when "somebody" complained that I was too young. Obviously they never read the bit in the Bible about "let the little children come to me"! That was the beginning of the end of my religious life, and I never tried to become a sacristan when older. I gave up going to church after I left school ( it was compulsory at school ). -
If anyone still has their parent(s) ask them about anything you could possibly think was of interest, as once they are gone it's too late. I got my mother to write down about her childhood, and it was very interesting, but I should have also asked her about my childhood before I can remember. My father never spoke to me about his life and I only lived with him for my first 10 years, so I really know nothing about him. I regret that I didn't find out more while I could.
