I guess the first thing you need is an electrical wave. Then I'd be looking for an electric board. Maybe a control board or motherboard, depending on the type of surfing you intend doing. To look the part you might like to consider some electrical shorts. Oh, and for safety you'll need an electric cord. And when you are done you can head ohm.

I really fail to imagine any other scenario...
This kind of heavy wooden boat does not go fast and cannot change of route quickly either, mainly when a 74 years old man is at the oars !
Any motor boat should have navigated far from it, by changing slightly its route long before crossing it, but of course that requires that someone was looking where the fast boat was going... and so many times I have seen all people at the back and nobody at the helm (and not in Thailand only...)
Care to explain how the boat was underway with no one at the helm ? There's a slight possibility that if the boat was at idle & travelling at an extremely slow speed there was no one at the wheel. If this was the case, contact with the smaller boat would have only produced a nudge. If the bigger boat was on the plane it would be a million to one that no one was at the wheel. and so many times I have seen all people at the back and nobody at the helm (and not in Thailand only...) Really !

So that makes killing Homosexuals OK then?
Where did I say that ? Have another read of my reply to a misleading statement. I was only referring to the comment ""The royal family live in great excessive luxury, while the majority of people have a much much much lower standard of living." I'd go so far as to say I'm probably more against Islam & sharia law than you. You understand now ?

I would not trust the promise not to carry out the penalty, as the Rotan is used often as punishment, and he did not mention not amputating limbs of thieves which is also part of the laws
"The royal family live in great excessive luxury, while the majority of people have a much much much lower standard of living." This is a very ambiguous statement. Most, all, royal families worldwide live in luxury compared to the majority of "their subjects". Your comment infers that the general population of Brunei have a low standard of living. This is way off the mark. The average standard of living in Brunei is extremely high compared not only to other SE Asian nations, but many western countries. The average wage may not necessarily be high, but this is more than offset by substantial government subsidy programs. Oh, just wondering, have you ever visited Brunei ?

Just a word of warning from an IT dummy. I recently purchased a Smart Samsung TV. I assumed a Smart TV would have Bluetooth. I was wrong. Yes, I know. One should never assume.

Obvious no alcohol sales if you live in one the main places where ever that is.
"Obvious no alcohol sales" Would you care to point out where the obvious statement is ? There might be some assumption that there could be some alcohol sales banned or limited, but that's all. I think that the OP is asking if anyone knows what's happening. Or have I read the OP wrong ?

Nobody brings their membercard to Tops...they have to tell it to the cashier, make some mistakes in it (long number), try it again and finally YES it works...in the meantime there's a long queue at every cashier wasting the customers' time.
I really hate TOPS...you also have to check the expiry date of every single product or you'll buy eggs which are almost expired.
"Nobody brings their member card to Tops." You think ! Why not ? I keep mine in my wallet with my other loyalty cards. Why have the cards if you don't use them ?

Looks like Shaemus could be your answer. If not, contact your local PEA office. A few years back I needed a "good & qualified" sparky for some major renovations I was having carried out. I asked the guys in the PEA office if they could recommend someone. Turned out one of their staff in the planning dept did after hours work. Spoke reasonable English & workmanship was as good as I've seen anywhere in Oz.
Worth a try.

I'd be trying a different ploy. I'd be contacting Toyota's head office. I'd be very diplomatic & set out all details & timeline of the repairs so far. The dealer carrying out the repairs maybe a franchised operation, but never underestimate the persuasion power of the manufacturer in such cases. I would be questioning the competence, ability of the of the repairer. Depending on the outcome, reply from Toyota, I would request a meeting between a senior member of the insurance company and the repairer. I wouldn't be holding too much hope of any satisfactory resolve at this point. At this point you can show that you have been extremely patient & tried everything within your power to initiate a satisfactory resolution. Now, I would be contacting the Consumer protection department for their involvement. I understand they wield a pretty big stick in such situations. Sounds like you have little to lose in your situation. Keep us posted.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to impound & sell the vehicles & funds go toward some worthwhile charity ? Initially crushings a good idea but a bit of a waste. But hey, just my opinion.

Start with getting the police to enforce the laws all year round, not just at songkran. Enforce the existing laws rigorously for all and the death toll will drop.
