    OK.

When you are right...you are right....and....I am wrong.

Therefore, thank you for your clarification.

I will continue to buy Haiter, based on your information.

STILL....I think it is too expensive.  WHY?  I think that most people here do not understand that this product should be very cheap, based on cost of production, packaging, shipping, and distribution.

I will not return home, even if I had another home outside Thailand to return to, just because Makro is beyond my means when purchased at more expensive stores.  Instead, I will take your advice and purchase it at Makro.  And, why don't they give us a discount by packaging this product in 4 liter (litre) jugs?  Can you answer me this?

Since you need your passport anyway, if you are staying at a hotel and overstayers are unlikely to travel by air, this is a solution looking for a problem.

Why do you need a passport when checking into a hotel. In the past 12 months alone i've checked into different hotels in Bangkok, reasonably upmarket, Udon Thani & Khon Kaen. Not once have I been asked for my passport. Drivers license is always sufficient. Maybe it's the appearance & attitude of those who get asked to show passport. Just a thought.

You may have used this email in a previous account. Sign up for gmail.com so you get a better email experience than hotmail. And then change to the gmail address in your profile. Voila!

Sorry to be a pain in the bum George. I tried to change my email address to a gmail. It appears I need to supply my password from the old, DEAD email to be able to provide a new email ??? the email in my profile... hasn't been in commission for many years. I'm guessing if I say I've forgotten my password it will send some sort of message to the bigpond email to verify ??? I do have a gmail a/c so happy to provide that. Instructions please. Thanks again.....     Mal.

Hi George. Thanks for that. I "think" I've managed to send a screen shot. If I click on the exclamation mark nothing happens.

    Cheers.....     Mal.

  8. Hi all. I'm considering  purchasing a coffee pod machine. I know absolutely nil about them. Appears to be a range of price & models. Would appreciate any advice, suggestions, preferably from owners of these machines. Thanks.....     Mal.

Best allocation of resources, 4 groups of 2 police officers permanently patrolling the full length of Beach Road in 1 km stretches each between midnight to 4am. They either want to clean the area up and make people feel safe at night or they don't, forget the one-off shows by top brass like last week and enforce some permanent visible deterrents.

Work after 5:00 pm, sure you jest. Oh, what happens if it's raining ? Anyone ever seen a BIB out in inclement weather ? 8 BIB in total, me thinks a few too short. Hows bout 8 groups of 6 ? Yeah, yeah, I know, I'm dreaming !

  10. I also live in Isaan. Can't ever recall seeing a fly. Forget the name but very effective ant rid available. Small tube, only need a few drops here & there. Available BigC & most other grocery shops. All windows & doors screened. I vacuum & thorough mop once a week. Don't mean to be a smartie, but if you remove all sources of food, attraction for ants they have no reason to visit.
