"I am from the UK. Can a Last Will & Testament for all my assets that I have in Thailand be written in English only with no Thai language copy?" NO ! You've been given the correct advice. Move on.

Death for her is somewhat an easy escape for her. Possibly life without any chance of parole would be more fitting. From what I've heard of Thai jails.

My usually sensible lady believes that if she touches plants ???? during her periods they will die.
When I scoffed at this she said the would prove it by picking mint and basil, funnily enough 1 month down the line both are still thriving .
Does she touch you at that time of the month ? Be careful, be very careful !

Well how about that.
The police getting interested in something that might be dangerous on the roads...
And the MAGIC word "interested". I'm glad you didn't say, "they might actually enforce a few of the current road rules"

Japan head office would be very interested in such appalling non-action from one of their dealers. I have little doubt pressure would be brought to bare by head office. BTW, I worked for a Japanese car manufacturer for some 6 years. Manufacturer, not dealership.
To expand on my original answer to this post. Working for the MANUFACTURER, I was directly involved in counseling and repremand of dealers, as directed by Japan head office. Japanese car manufacturers take a very dim view of poor dealer-customer relationships, especially in such an instance as described in the OP.

How can they tell he was actually in the national park when the fish were caught? It doesn't matter where he was photographed, the onus should be on the police to have evidence he caught them inside the park and not a 100 metres outside the limit.
Will the captain and crew simply affirm it so they get off?
Why would you bring common sense into this ?

Just a thought. You'll need an new mattress eventually. Purchase now. When doing the deal, tell then part of the deal is to come & remove the old mattress now & hold, store new mattress untill needed. Might cost a couple of hundred bath extra for 2 trips. Or, alternatively, ask the mattress shop who delivers their mattresses & hire them for removal. I'm guessing delivery guy would be independant from the seller.

Bangers to Patts is a two hour trip and that only costs 118 baht. so Swampy to God's waiting room should only be 236 baht. somebody's skimming from the top, this needs to be reported! ????
Maybe the quality of traveler to Hua Hin is a bit more upclass than those to Pattaya ?

How large? bank may ask you to prove the money originally came from abroad
About 1 million Baht. Could do it in a few smaller amounts if needed. Money is in BKK bank. I have K-Plus. Could transfer from BKK to K bank if that's an option. What's your thoughts ? Thanks.

Depending on traffic, it's about a 4 hour trip. Busses look in pretty good condition. Try hitch hiking if 325 is too rich for ya.

I have super back in Oz. I have set up so a nominated amount each fortnight is transfered into my ANZ bank account. Then whenever I need I do online transfer here to LOS. That's via OFX, much better exchange rate than the banks. I receive money same day if booked early am. I have on a few ocassions needed a "chunk" of $$$$ from super. Call Super firm back in Oz, answer a few security questions & money paid into ANZ account. Transfer takes a day or sometimes two. You can request funds to be transfered to a bank account via super company website but this often takes much longer. A two minute phone call is the way to go. Extremely easy. If I can do it anyone can.

It's all a BIG joke. LOS has had laws for years about helmets on bikes. Seat belts & how many on a motorbike. Also about ladies riding side saddle. Driving, riding on the wrong side of the road, soi. Pedestrian crossings being totally ignored. Double parking restricting traffic. The list goes on & on. ENFORCEMENT is the issue... end of story.

Valosine is just as genuine as Effexor. Just different brand name and locally made rather than imported.
Medication costs have risen recently along with everything else. Even locally made drugs as the raw material has to be imported.
I doubt you will save much buying this online once shipping costs are taken into account and given that you will need multiple small shipments. And there is always risk of customs refusing the shipment.
At the moment Valosine is the only local brand. In time I expect there will be more which may lower prices through competition.
Thanks for that.

Looks like it's going to be taxi or private car. After a few weeks back in Oz, the 1,500 or 2,000 baht won't be a real issue. Thanks all ????

Howdy all ???? Later in the year I'll be flying into Swampy. I'd like to go to Hua Hin for a few days. Never been. I see a car, taxi, is about 1500 baht. Any first hand advice on bus or train ? I'd prefer non stop from Swampy to Hua Hin if possible. Thanks in advance. Cheers..... Mal.
