What does it mean, run over by a passenger's car?
a question with a surely not-expected answer: The guy was run over / hit / flattened out etc. by a car

<Most attendees were families who had booked via websites and social media, he added Source: Sophon Cable>
this is the biggest BS I ever heard about an International Boat Show per se and especially about the one in filth and thicket of Pattaya: No overseas skipper ever comes here with wife and kids! The boats are HIS hobby and for sleazy, sticky Pattaya nights he prepared plenty of cash to get a leg over...
that might, however, not go for a few Ivans and Abdullahs...

If they were serious about over stayers they would publish a list of names and faces.
they can't...they're assuming it is that much but not really knowing...why they always fish them out via "crack downs" and never go to the doors of these villains? they don't who they are and where they are

Maharaj in Chiang Mai - it was excellent! Doctors and staff were fantastic! I have nothing but praises.
and we should not forget that in all Maharaj hospitals in bigger cities like Udon, Khon Kaen, Khorat they employ doctors who also work in private hospitals such as Bangkok H., St Mary H. and some University clinics

another bunch of academics suggested ages ago already: Move all vital (intellectual) centres out of BKK up the hill to Nakhon Ratchasima

we won't talk about this (and other, similarly delicate) issue(s) anymore in the year 2037:
By then, Thailand will have reached all levels of Singapore (politics, education, environment, safety standards, crime rate, lowest corruption, tight society etc.)
this was forecast by some TH government agency a few days ago

So it is possible to "win" in court, even in a country where "legal-certainty" is questionable
maybe just once easier than other times: Remember that around the time of the verdict Mr. Prayuth was Honorable Guest of Mr. Trump

My main point is the sentence highlighted in bold. anything to say about that?
that is nothing but your private statement - wrong in itself, too: Not everybody in BKK (literally) owns a car, I venture to say "not even a simple majority.."
Can anyone translate this for me
in Thai Language
