Do you know where the women working the Thai sex trade come from when they are working in Isaan?  Place like Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit.  Generally they aren't working anywhere near where they live.

that is perfectly o.k.; I would't screw around in my home amphur, either  - - would I?

The New Sex Capital of Thailand being setup in Mae Hon Son by the Governor and the Police. Go Go Buses from Pattaya will be started very soon.

bad luck for foreign sex tourists: in Mae Hong Son they will have to compete with "sweet teen" Thai customers from army, police, local and provincial administration, and teachers, high-ranking officials alike. The real problem will be "call a spade a spade" won't work i.e. a foreigner attending to a 15y- old lass will land in the slammer whereas a Thai teacher before doing the same thing with the same lass "was shown her ID being 21ys.!" - under oath, of course ... they love THAT

After all, it just takes the authorities to abolish the sex industry altogether

yes, they have been constantly trying until yesterday  - interesting to think about the fact that tourists go for adult joy suppliers, exercise in law- abiding places and also cough up fair renumeration (in most cases) whereas "la creme" of this country rather goes for under-age "sweet treats" which their organizations apparently run in on drugs first - and then the dirty geezers come by the bus loads ... this is really <deleted> disgusting. Of course, using their powers, influence, brutality  to frighten the li'll chicks to the bone

All the authorities' raids in Patty, Phuket, BKK with gleefully photographed white-skin grand fathers in their underpants trapped in short-time hotels serve as a smoke screen only for the indigenous chick <deleted>!

Up to 90 per cent of the high-ranking officers who visited or transferred to Mae Hong Son used to buy our services

No farangs in on this one then?

Farang documentaries are the worst ignator in this scheme because some senior Thai official (not to be named) said the idea of enjoying child prostitution only came to him after he saw a report of a U.S. social organization taking care of such very young victims

All License tags have the province its from yes?  If bought in bkk, then need to be pulled and checked by Highway Patrol...

just to shortly jump into your theorem: Almost any FINANCED car is being "owned" by the head office bank which the money comes from, inadvertently all these HOs are in BKK thus these cars have BKK plates

promise a lot, deliver nothing, typical Thai, stinging their very own people for a change.....

I might bet this is a (Thai) Chinese company <Wealth Ever> they love poetic and/or cynical names for rip-off companies! Same as the one decades ago which went bust over the airport link to DonMueang: <HopeWell> from HK...and many others

  7. <4. Make use of TukTuks there inexpensive and can manage traffic better than taxis>

I disagree here on a high level: Some of them might be inexpensive but the absolute majority cheats you into things you don't want (sight- seeing, jewel shops, other stops on the way) and thus waste your time. They can manage traffic SLIGHTLY better than taxis but they are tenfold more dangerous in case of crash or hard braking.

a bus or a truck waiting next to you in the left lane, green light  -   woosh you need a shower, fresh shirt thanks to the Diesel exhaust soot right into your face...

Moreover, they mostly run in BKK, so for other places no option anyway (take pickup busses in those areas).

  8. " Of course it is not available to farangs except with a "work visa".  Not even a "retirement extension" of O visa could get it even if you had a gazillion dollars "

this is not correct: I entered a post-paid AIS contract based on this paper work: Passport, Yellow House book - finished. Nobody asked for WP, retirement, O visa or gazillion of dollars...then again, maybe AIS have a differing policy compared to DTAC once it comes to things farang
