Sugar is a big problem in Thailand. they put sugar in everything Every once in a while like to make Pizza from scratch. and while at Macro I saw Hunts tomato sauce n abd being familiar with the brand from the US I bought some After making the pizza it tasted sweet, and I was perplexed, Did I put too much sugar in the yeast proof? Before I use my yeast for the dough I put it in my warm water with a small pinch of sugar for yeast food, to see if it is still alive, If after 5 minutes it starts to bubble up, then I am good to go. So I thought that inadvertently some how I put too much sugar. There was a bit of tomato sauce left in the sauce pot and I don't know why i decided to taste some. It was loaded with sugar. It seems that even international brands change their recipe for import into Thailand.

I think tolerance for the cold has been bred out of them and conversy tolerance for the heat in. Cant wait, We love getting up early in the morning and cooking breakfast on one of these Thai ,traditional clay barbeques . A few weeks they were trimming the trees from around the electric lines , and they left a lot of the small twigs. This morning me and the wife went out and collected a bunch, Te dogs also had a ball and were very helpful Nong Noi kept trying to steal my twigs and run away. She is the black and white one on the far end. Smartest dog I ever had.

Ah nop. first it is listening , just not at everything they claim. How could someone hear without listening it is a physicals impossibility.
