I have a couple of times. Not nessacery. Everting can be done online , including the Notarization. Talk to your realtor about it. Google the state you are in and online notarization -

Drunk police chief insults foreign man at restaurant in Isaan
sirineou replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
People, instinctively don't like people that dont like them It is true for them and it is true for us. If you don't like them they can sense it. One reason why many of us don't have a problem , and there are many. is that we genuinely like the, consequently they like us. Do we have negative interactions? sure we do. In every country there good people and there bad people. But we recognise it for what it is, and we move on without painting everyone with the same brush. The guy was a jerk, he got drunk and acted like a jerk, I have been around many Thais that were drunk, none of then acted that way. Are there some who would? No doubt! But I have seen many westerners making an ass of themselves when drunk also. -
Geert Wilders' victory in Netherlands election spooks Europe

I hear you, and share your frustration but that's no excuse with in the context of my original statement. If that was the case co country could be held accountable since every country has a proportion of its population that disagrees with it's goverment. "It's not me, it's my goverment" Can you guess which is the operative word in the above statement? " My" !! -

It shows . I am sorry Bobsmith, I am sure you are a nice guy, at least no less so than the next guy. And I don't take pleasure sounding disrespectful, It just irks me when people talk about thais in such unfair manner. -

You are the one who said "Their hatred for foreigners is profound. It seeps through every pour in their skin, and comes out of their mouths when they've had too much to drink.. Thais are racist to the core!" Buddy. I assume you don't get that impression from this one incident. Because if you did it would be simply sad. It happens everywhere in the world. I can produce for you hundreds , of articles of such incidents happening in the US. This is not a Thai problem, it is a human problem, and I got news for you, buddy, Thais are human. I see the wood. and judging from your reply. it is between your ears -
Some of it it is but not all. If a person does something illegal, the gains from such endeavour a re subject to sanctions. So if the goverment wanted to cancel such debt, they could and if such loan shark was to try and collect, such person could be put in jail. Now , how many people would screw with this thugs is another story . If people know who these loan sharks are, you can bet the cops do too. If they wanted to do something . they could easily shut it down before it started.

Perhaps to you they do. Is it possible that it might have something to do with you rather than them? 20 years in Thailand and I never , not one, nada problem. Why is that? Thai people are no more racist than most people in the world. That's not to say that some of them are not, just no more than some other nationalities. A drunk person, doing drunk things. What a surprises. No drunk person does anything like that in the West?? Google it,.You would be reading about incidence like that all day.- 105 replies

I don't understand the comment about Belgium, and don't know what happen there. but I am sure if a tenager died under the care of the state , there would be an investigation and the parents would be promptly notified. If they were not I am sure at the very least people would be fired, and perhaps prosecuted.

Moot see daeng weaver ants update
sirineou replied to mymonkeyhusb's topic in Farming in Thailand Forum
Brilliant! Genius , simply genius. But you can]t do that to every tree. so have you considered tapping fly paper to your legs do they cant climb up them and get to those sensitives areas , where the last thing we want is ants? Seriously the tape idea is a good one, but if yours are anything like mine, they have special force Units the jump of the Tree. I have a mango tree with some low branches, and when I cut the grass, if I make a mistake and hit the tree they jump on me. -

Regardless of why the family did not visit, or care, a 17 year old girl is dead. Her relationship with her parents does not change that. First : she died a year ago and her parents were notified a year later? Realy? They did not even give the parents a chance for a funeral? What did they do? Put her out with friday's garbage? Second: I understand that she had medical issues from a previous accident. But for the most part 17 year olds don't just die. Was there an investigation as to the cause of death? If anything like this happened in any civilized country, heads would roll.

I was getting ready to ask in you divide them and noticed you beat me to the punch Once I get them do you divide then to individual tubers? I will also check on YouTube as you advised. Thank you again. My father use to grow them in the US , and they were beautiful.
