They will ask you to provide a document, my GP back in the UK printed off my history, you need to make sure the application form agrees with that otherwise claim denied and they high 5 each other round the office

Thanks, I have so far only applied and filled out the forms truthfully but have not been asked for any documentation from abroad neither have I got any approval yet.

The Lord Nelson is not closed, they are fully booked, lots of additional expat workers on the pier project.

The others on the beach are the Play hotel and just along the road Royal Phala Cliff Beach Resort, The Kantary is new and quite nice but up in the town on Sukhumvit road.

Thanks, Btw, is the Play Hotel and Royal Phala Cliff Resort to be recommended, i.e. distance to Serene Pla Resort, overall standard, cleanliness etc,.

  4. Ban chang. Are there any local TV members who know the area in Ban chang area and can recommend a good hotel near Serene Pla Resort? As the mentioned place is full the actual weekend? Been looking at a place called Seastar hotel and apartment facilities but when checking booking.com they did not accepted bookings there for now! Also looked at Kantary Hotel but seems to be even further away? Any info and recommendations welcome.

    Thanks

    The main points:

    Tplink MR200 3G/4G, lan ports 10/100, download speed on 4G about 60Mbps, cat4

Tplink MR600 3G/4G/4G+ Carrier aggregation, lan ports 10/100/1000, cat6, download speed on 4G+ about 100Mbps.

If your budget allows and you can receive 4G+ network on the sim network you have and in the area where the router will be located the MR600 would be a better router than the MR200.

Do you currently have a mobile phone? If so, make and model?

Most mobile phones can act as a WiFi Hotspot, sharing the Mobile data connection (WAN) over WiFi to other devices. This would allow you to at least experiment with the technology TODAY.

How many devices do you plan to use? Just the one notebook? Do you require a wired ethernet LAN connection? Or are all your devices WIFI-capable?

What sorts of applications do you use? Any idea on bandwidth requirements? Speed? Volume? Over what period?

    Portability?

    Budget?

I have only a old Iphone 6 and its used only for calling /messaging and prefer to keep it at that. I want to use wired ethernet with the notebook only and no more devices. Speed as good as I possible can get! I have the last 24h had a look at the Tp-Link routhers but would like to know which one is recommended for my use. On Shopee they range in price from around Thb 1000 -3500,- and its inside my budget but I simply dont know what is the different on a Tp-link MR200 or MR600 so would be good with a recommendation.

Most woman (and men) start exercise when older. Not many develop the habit when young. But im pretty sure that most of those woman who run it would leave you in the dust.

I would hate to start running in the sand though.

The runners pictured on the sandy beach are from the "splash run" on Saturday. The womens half started Sunday morning 0400am.

Most who have had COVID likely never knew they had it.

Well prior to the news of the global outbreak, in late 2019 and early 2020 maybe as it's not uncommon to get a cold in the winter many people at the time might have passed symptoms off as such, while unknowingly actually dealing with coronavirus but not the last year + when most of us have got used to sticking swabs up our nose on a pretty regular basis and hoping for just one line to appear on the test.

A Russian rushing away as he knows what he’s in for. Thais need to make quarantine more tourist friendly

They could start with having a standardized procedure. Simple hotel with shower bath / toilet, air conditioning, TV and internet. 3 meals delivered daily. Signs in every Thai embassy in the world with what situation you are placed in quarantine and the conditions you may be living in by quarantine. No fuss.
The problem then becomes that it will be near to normal prosedyre equal to the rest of the world and no???? money to earn, so yes will not happen.

The fact was, he continued, that when it came to management of COVID-19, Thailand is merely a step ahead of WHO and many other nations.

Amazing how even medical autorities is led to and believe in the opposite of actual conditions. My wife got her first injection with Pfizer here in late November 2021. In Europe her sister-in-law got her first injection with Pfizer early March 2021????

what is the alternative? should we just trust that foreigners will stay put in the hotels and quarantine when they get sick at the expense of their holidays?

I think we have all seen that would not happen.

Spesific quarantine hotels only for incoming travellers outside of the most crowdy tourist area, sponsored by the Government with half the cost, and the travelling person half.
