The article doesn't say whether Na is male or female, but it's fairly obvious that the girl has been the victim of a romance scammer.

It's hard to feel sorry for anyone involved in this scheme. Even those at the lower end of the pyramid must have known that the only way to get a return on their "investment" was to recruit more victims - often family or friends.

I just selected part of your post for my reply, but I understand and agree with what you are saying overall. As far as I can tell, there were just 6 staff members looking after about 30 kids aged 4-14. That does not seem like sufficient staff to evacuate a bus in an emergency. Maybe recruiting some parents to help is not a bad idea.
