  1. I know Maggie was not liked by many but, yes, I was thinking of her when I wrote the post that you replied to. Thanks. Her no-nonsense leadership was epic but finally too much for her "colleagues", after she finally saw the light and started to question the benefit (or rather not) of EU membership.
  2. Not so happy really, especially after 2016, when Cameron ran away from the reality of Brexit, only to be followed by four more weak and wobbly "leaders". The Corbin alternative was too scary and helped the cons for a while but the scarier Starmer was not identified as such, by most, until it was too late. And here we are.
  3. Colonization is unnecessary. The soccer teams of the UK nations have foreign managers, after all.
  4. Talks about bad picks then comes up with this nonsense story.
  5. So, the people rule then. Just as it should be.
  6. Troll tennis again.
  7. For that to happen perhaps the OP's "points" might be better made with some relevant fact-based material.
  8. But the search must go on.
  9. Bite you on the arse? Really? How very American.
  10. No cheating, lying! So bloody funny.
  11. Looks like the defeated are slowly waking up. It shows in the recently growing number of useless zombie posts.
  12. And you talk about toing and froing.
  13. Well, I asked first. Is your culling/neutering/plague plan your best offer? And if there is so much surplus labor, why were Biden/Harris encouraging extra millions of migrants into the US?
  14. Here ya go.... https://www.statista.com/chart/32428/inflation-and-wage-growth-in-the-united-states/
  15. Booming economy - 2.7% mean over the last 2 years and similar to pre Covid - outstanding! Your arrogant faux elitist bull shine oozes out yet again. So what to do with these useless, redundant losers? Line 'em up and shoot 'em?
  16. Yes they do, don't they?? Pot calling sooty kettle.
  17. Your link does not support your "wages" claim (rising faster than inflation), which I dispute. Real wages are not higher than 4 years ago for most - wages never caught up with the two years of highest inflation, which pushed prices up, when wages still lagged. Once behind that much it's hard to catch up, so, with that then, yes, it is hard to lower grocery prices. However, lower energy prices will reduce the cost of everything and Trump can achieve this with higher domestic production, to some extent. Tariffs need a separate space. You like to confuse issues too much.
  18. Balls. The story says that Trump may have convinced many Americans that the economy is "terrible" but not the worse shape ever! Many Americans are worse off in real terms, despite these reported low unemployment rates, lower inflation and higher household income and they don't need anyone to tell them that because inflation-driven living costs have outpaced the lot of them. The majority of Americans are worse off than before Biden and that's why Trump won.
  19. Another ignorant Raw Story piece of lies and obvious omissions. No pandemic after all then?
  20. AWOL. Miss 'em so much. 🤣
  21. But you must word your posts as ordered. Nein?
