U-Turns -raining - accidents waiting to happen , U- turns without rain are one of the most dangerous places on Thai roads, up here in Chiang Mai, they have closed many on the main roads ,after many accidents ,deaths, you now have to travel further to do a u-turn at the traffic lights , but much safer. regards worgeordie

There needs to be mandatory prison sentences for anyone caught DUI , it's time to come down hard on drink driving , prison for those caught over the limit, longer sentences for those that injure or kill people ,examples need to be made of these people who think its OK to get drunk ,then get behind the wheel of a vehicle. regards worgeordie

Any guarantees need to be written in blood , your blood , if the contractor says he will fix problems , how long would you like guarantee for ,6 months , a year , joking aside I hope he stands by what he says, but once he has final payment , for many builders that's it ... good luck , P.S. you also need to be there and keep an eye on them at all times, anything you feel not right ,get them to rectify it ,there and then. regards worgeordie
