I use Emsisoft on the computers I use,nothing has gotten through

in 8 years,then again i don't go to dodgy sites*,or click everything,

there is also a discount for Thai users,so a double pricing thing in

our favour.

In our  Mooban there are 3 houses,that a Chinese "manager" rents out to  

Chinese visitors,really running them as mini hotels,and as you say,this

seems to happening all over Chiang Mai,and i suspect the authorities,

when they realize what is going on,will crack down,as they have no

control over it,and it is illegal.

Probable gone  already,he has a residence over in Burma,

This all goes to show there are two laws,one for the rich and influential,and another 

for the poor or ordinary citizen ,the way things are going i can see the cook been

Hope they will be able to find some smart drivers,for the smarter buses.

is this doomed to fail like other past ventures into creating a reliable 

bus service for Chiang Mai, maybe they need to go a little bit further

out in to urban areas.

Recommend you replace your water heater, you don't want to be

messing about with those,water and electricity are a dangerous

combination,I had to replace 3 last year,water was leaking inside

and on to the electricals, if its tripping means either a wire burnt

or water leaking inside. don't use it !,

If you are renting,it's up to the landlord to fix it ,why not

contact him,let him sort it out.
